Madrid by Claudia Madrid is located in the centre of Spain. It’s one of the most visited places in Spain. There are a lot of people who have travelled there. Madrid is best known because it’s the capital of Spain. But it’s also known because of the Re@ro Park, the Gran Vía or the Real Palace. The city has got high buildings, a lot of shops, and beau@ful places like Plaza del Sol or Plaza Mayor. My favourite ac@vity has always been going to the Re@ro Park, breathing its pure air, taking photos of the beau@ful flowers and the green trees… The most famous of these things is La Rosaleda, a very large park full of roses with different colours. Madrid is full of wide streets, with a lot of people walking or having a cup of coffee in the bars. Tourists also enjoy The House Book, a huge library where you can find all type of books that you like. People there are very nice. Madrid is visited by millions of tourists every year -and for good reason. It has got spectacular places to visit and things to see for people of all ages.
Italy by Paula Isabel Escobar Italy is a territory that comprises a peninsula and two large islands in the Mediterranean Sea: Sicily and Sardinia. Italy is one of the most popular holiday destinations. Italy is a country with a lot beautiful landmarks I had the opportunity to travel with my family for a week. I went to visit my uncles. I saw monuments like the Pisa Tower and Venice with its many different colored masks and gastronomy as cheese pasta. It also has very good ice creams. Italy is visited by millions of tourists every year - and for good reason. It has got spectacular landmarks and plenty to do for people of all ages.

Oporto (Porto) city is located in the north of Portugal, at the mouth of the river Douro. It is the second most important city and largest city in the country behind Lisbon.

Oporto is known for its beautiful bridges of different architectural styles. Their elegant neighborhoods and their stately villas make Oporto to be a very special place. It has an impressive historical world heritage by the Unesco, by its narrow and steep streets and by its magical alleys in the upper district of Ribeira.
Oporto is full of historical monuments and museums, where visitors can see the Clerics Tower and the San Francisco Church, for example. Visitors can also enjoy its world famous wine cellars, its fantastic gastronomy and a glass of Ribeiro in a perfect place. The people there are friendly and welcoming.

Bora Bora is a South Pacific island of Tahiti in French Polynesia famous for its white sandy beaches and its crystal clear water. The island offers accommodation like over-water bungalows or villas, and public transport is non-existent.

The wonderful thing about Bora Bora is you can be as active or inactive as you want, relax in your over-water bungalow enjoying the beautiful views of the turquoise lagoon, its white sands and amazing sunsets, or go snorkeling with tropical fish and turtles. You can also try out stand up paddle or even hike to the once volcanic mount Otemanu. The locals are so welcoming and friendly .

Uyuni is best known for being the oldest salt desert in the world. The salt desert has got impressive Inca ruins, and old mummies. It is a great place for car or motocross racing. Another interesting activity is visiting the cemetery and the geysers desert. The most famous activity is the Dakar rally race.

Visitors can stay in a hotel made of salt blocks. The tourists can go on a trip by quadbike and try the exotic local food and see the peaceful scenery.

The salt desert of Uyuni is also one of the main tourist destinations in Bolivia with approximately 60,000 tourists visiting each year.

In Paris there are lots of places to visit. For example,the Eiffel Tower which is over 300 metres high and is called “la Dame de Fer” (the Iron Lady). Another important monument is the Notre Dame Cathedral, famous for the film “the Hunchback of Notre Dame”. The Basilique of Sacré Coeur is really beautiful too and receives lots of tourists every year . The weather in Paris is so different to Denia. It sometimes snows in winter and in summer it usually rains and is sometimes cold . In conclusion, I would say Paris is a great place to visit with a lot of beautiful things to see and have a good time.
