Earlier, whenever she needed some money, she would be able to get a few coins amounting to Rs.10/- for her needs. But within a few days of attending the Esther Prayer Group prayer, God met the needs of the family, made it possible for them to have some remaining and also miraculously helped them to recover their jewels that had been pawned since a long time. I am conducting this group since the past three years. Every month, when we pray as a group, the Lord fills us with the power of the Holy Spirit. Also, every one of us feels the presence of God; many see visions. Whatever problems I may face in my life, the anointing of the Lord is comforting and consoling me. I am an illiterate. I am conducting the Esther Prayer Group. I got married in 1981. We have three sons. Our family was doing well. But because of witchcraft, we started languishing in sorrow, poverty and grief. I am the member of the Youth Esther Prayer Group. Since childhood I had been longing to become a doctor. But I scored low marks in my 10th and 12th public exams because of which I could not pursue medicine. So I was dejected and felt as if my life had come to an end. Yet I had a hope that the Lord would surely lift me up since I am a Young Partner of the Jesus Calls ministry. At this time I joined
the Youth Esther Prayer Group and started praying for others. I completed my B.Sc and joined M.Sc. I faced an unexpected problem in the college as a result of which I could not study properly. Again I was highly depressed and affected. The problem escalated when I was appearing for my last two exams and so I wrote the exams as a routine, with no interest. I didn’t know how I fared in those exams and was sure that I would fail. With much agony, I contacted the Jesus Calls Prayer Tower seeking prayers for my success in the exams. By the grace of God I got 86% and stood College second. I also secured a University rank. My joy knew no bounds. After that I did M.Phil. I used to contact the Prayer Tower for prayers, before going to write my exams. I got distinction with 88% by the grace of God. Now God has opened a way for me to do Ph.D. I was wondering what I would do because of my low marks. But today, the Lord has helped me to get university rank and complete my Ph.D. Not only that, He has also helped me to win the Best Scientist Award. Glory to God. God’s miracles in the Junior Esther Prayer Group Learnt to pray with burden for others I was desirous of joining the EPG and shared it with my mother. She advised me to pray and assured that God would give me the grace to conduct the prayer at the due time. At this time I was happy to know that dear grandma Mrs. Stella Dhinakaran was starting junior Esther prayer group in the Jesus Calls ministry. We prayed for the prayer points, meditated on the verse and prayed. A particular sister first offered a general prayer and my grandmother guided us how to pray for the points. So in junior EPG we have learnt how to pray with burden for others. We thank dear grandma who has started this EPG.
