NFORMATION

1. The building is in Dallas, Texas. The project space is approximately 11k SF on the 3rd floor. 30-foot ceilings (next floo above is 5th floor) 2. Construction shall not intervene with existing building conditions under any circumstance.

3. Construction shall abide by dimensions stated on plans. All design solutions must meet ADA requirements a minim and should exhibit Universal Design Principal solutions.. Designer must be notified is any alterations may need to oc 4. Areas not in contract shall not undergo construction, leaving only the third floor and stated mezzanine under 5. construction.

6. Interior core walls are drywall and extend to the ceiling deck. Mechoshades are on all exterior glazing for sun contro within the space.. The building flooring is concrete and can be penetrated as required for electrical and plumbing.

7. All existing corridor doors, exterior glass, restrooms, stairwells, elevators, building shafts and columns to remain in existing location.

8. All door opening shall be a minimum of 3’ - 0” wide and follow all regulatory guidelines.

Carpeting and Flooring: Carpet pile thickness is not to exceed 1/2” per ICC/ANSI Section 302.2. Floor surfaces shall be firm, stable and slip resistant per ICC/ANSI A117.1 Section 302.1.

Doors: • All doors privde the required maneuvering at door per ICC/ANSI A117.1 Chapter 4. 404. 2 .3.

• All doors shall have a 32” clear door opening measured from the face of the door when it’s opened 90% to the door stop per ICC/ANSI A117.1 Chapter 4.404.
