Conceptual design and cost estimation of site-scale projects within the Passaic County Parks system including public outreach. Project management of consultant-lead projects including review of detailed cost estimates, plans, details, schedule, and easements in coordination with planning, architecture, and engineering staff. Provide technical assistance on development applications and planting maintenance. Assist in preparation of grant applications for federal and state financial grant programs. Assessment and retrofitting of existing green infrastructure installations. Management of the County’s Open Space, Farmland, and Historic Preservation Trust Fund annual grant program, in consultation with the Open Space Trust Fund Advisory Committee, including ongoing administration, project management, and inspections. Identification of priority lands and facilitation of open space acquisitions. Liaison to the County Agricultural Development Board including review of Site-Specific Agricultural Management practice applications, preserved farmland applications, and easement monitoring. Various wayfinding, branding, and interpretive signage design.

Involvement in various phases of project development on a wide variety of parks, including: site inventory and analysis, conceptual and schematic design, production of design drawings, construction documents, 3D modeling, presentation graphics, and rendering. Lead designer for conceptual and schematic design phases. Presentation of design iterations to various clients, and facilitation of community input meetings. Management and production of construction documentation, specifications, and cost estimation.
