At DUER we make life simpler by designing for the modern, active individual who wants to maximize performance without sacrificing style. DUER was founded in 2013 by two entrepreneurs who wanted to solve a problem. With over 25 years of making jeans for big names like Levi Strauss, Gary Lenett saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between fashion and functional clothing. An avid urban cyclist based in Vancouver. Gary wanted to create clothes for people to take advantage of all that the outdoors offered without sacrificing style. With that goal in mind, he partnered with Abid Hafeez, his long time friend and a performance fabric expert based in New York City. With over 25 years of experience as a supplier to technical brands like Under Armour and Puma, Abid’s expertise met Gary’s legacy in fashion and DUER was born. To ensure the clothes they made met the rigorous demands of the active man, DUER purchased a factory in Lahore, Pakistan. The wholly owned factory employs highly skilled, salaried employees to create long lasting garments. This philosophy is the opposite of fast fashion; by creating clothes that do more, wear better and last longer, DUER reduces the amount of waste that enters our landfills and the amount of time men waste finding clothes that suit their lifestyle. DUER solves the problems of the active man who doesn’t want to sacrifice comfort or style. By combining premium fabrics with technical fibres, DUER products offer comfort, breathability and maneuverability, meaning fashionable clothing that performs when you most need it to. So you can do all you do in a day without changing your clothes.

Frustrated by the lack of fashionable technical clothing, DUER’s innovations are developed to solve the challenges of the active man. From a denim that wicks moisture and regulates temperature to a lightweight pant that maintains structural integrity, DUER’s fabrics stand up to any situation.
DUER innovations go beyond fabric. Because each item is designed to solve a unique set of challenges, design features are developed to address core needs. Our pants feature gussets to increase range of motion and prevent crotch blow

This natural fabric is made from 4 different fibres creating a strong, breathable, high-stretch and ultralightweight solution to keep you comfortable and cool.
360º STRETCH T2X is infused with technical fibres that provide 10 times the stretch and mobility of traditional woven pants.
U LT R A L I G H T By combining technical fibres with natrual fabrics, T2X is 30% lighter and stronger than other similar fabrics.
B R E AT H A B L E T2X’s high cotton content, in conjunction with TENCEL fibres, creates a breathable fabric that prevents the wearer from overheating.
O D O U R R E S I S TA N T The TENCEL fibres are a natural bacteria repellent, keeping your pants fresh regardless of how much you wear them.

Each fabric innovation starts with an intense research and development process lasting over a year. A team of experts in denim, fabrics and performance fibres plan and experiment with different components and blends before creating DUER’s proprietary fabrics.

NO SWEAT FABRIC
The N2X fabric combines the look and strength of a woven pant with the softness of a casual knit pant while providing inherent performance qualities. SUPERIOR COMFORT A high cotton content allows for breathability and creates a soft natural feel against the skin for maximum comfort. DURABLE While designed for comfort rather than durability, the polyester content of the N2X fabric provides more durability than the standard cotton pant. O D O U R R E S I S TA N T TENCEL fibres wick moisture away from the body and naturally prevent bacteria, keeping your pants odourfree. MOISTURE MANAGEMENT TENCEL has microscopic pores that absorb moisture away from the skin and into the fabric fibres, keeping the wearer comfortable and cool.

SUPER STRETCH L2X is made using Spandex to give the fabric 5x the stretch and mobility of traditional denim, also making it 30% lighter and stronger. T E M P E R AT U R E CONTROL The integration of COOLMAX™ fibres wicks moisture from the body in warm climates, and the hollow core insulates for warmth in the cold.
To create strength and longevity, our pants feature triple stitched inseams, gussets and back rises.
EXTENDED POCKET BAGS To ensure practicality as well as theft prevention, our pants feature extra long pocket bags. MOISTURE WICKING POCKET BAG Moisture wicking pocket bags complement the natural cooling properties of hot weather fabric.
REINFORCED BACK POCKETS Double layered reinforced back pockets prevent blow outs and create longer lasting garments.
HIDDEN POCKETS Travel pants feature hidden credit card pockets for convenience and security.
SECURITY POCKETS Integrated, back pocket security flaps keep valuables safe in travel pants.

GUSSET The signature DUER seat gusset offers a greater range of motion while preventing blowouts.
KEY RING A convenient D-ring is secured to belt loop to hold a carabiner for days on the go.
ANTI-MICROBIAL L2X includes silver ions which naturally repel bacteria and keep your jeans clean, so you can wear them more and wash them less. DURABLE L2X is made durable by the unique combination of fibres that neutralize individual weaknesses and reinforce strengths, including polyester’s strength and lycra’s stretch.

The "hot weather/travel pants" currently on the market are dorky, too casual, gimmicky, and made with synthetic materials that don’t breathe well. You deserve better than zip-off pants, so we developed the Live Lite collection for travel and hot weather wear. NO SWEAT The No Sweat collection was created for people who live busy, active lifestyles and need clothing that can keep up. The basis of the collection is our proprietary N2X fabric. The N2X fabric combines the look of a casual pant with the feel of a sweat pant, while providing the performance qualities of technical garments. No Sweat was born when we found the perfect blend of 4 supreme fibres; Cotton, TENCEL, Polyester, and Spandex. These fibres are woven together in a way that promotes the individual benefits of each, while offsetting their individual weaknesses. Once the fabric was developed, No Sweat came to life in a series of functional and fashionable styles for the outdoors as well as the office.
