MEET THE TEAM Jessica Jablonski (Founder, Owner) is the driving force behind the Jablonski Real Estate Group. A dedicated Realtor®, leader, wife, and mother, she is passionate about Keller Williams’ values of work-life balance, win-win outcomes, giving back, and helping others achieve their dreams; and she actively promotes these beliefs to our Team, our clients, and our business associates. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful little boys.

Geoffrey Jablonski (Co-Owner) plays a vital role with the Jablonski Real Estate Group as the driving force of our dedicated sales team. He oversees the incoming inquiries about our clients' properties and works to determine if the house is a match. He works diligently without database of buyers to match them with our client's home. Geoffrey grew up working for his father's contracting company. Upon graduating from the University of Pittsburgh be spent 10+ years as a project manager for a civil engineering firm, which has given him the fundamental foundation in his current role. When he is not working he enjoys doing home improvement projects and spending time with his family.

Jeanie Underwood (Operations Manager) is constantly working behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly for the team. Her knowledge and experience help keep the team moving in the right direction. When she is not serving our clients, she enjoys playing golf at one of Arizona’s beautiful courses and spending time with her grandsons.

Jessica True-Appel (Marketing Coordinator) grew up in Chicago, IL but relocated to the valley in 2008 for the weather and to be closer to family. After being in the Interior Design industry for several years, Jessica decided to change careers and went back to school for Graphic Design where she graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Visual Communication. As the Marketing Coordinator for the Jablonski Real Estate Group she aids in getting the best exposure for each client's houses. In her free time she is still passionate about designing interiors and going camping with her husband and 2 boxers. Brandon Zepp (Sales Professional) has lived in many parts of Arizona but now calls Phoenix his home. He attended Arizona State University with a major in Business. Prior to real estate he worked as a firefighter for the Prescott Fire Department. He also worked in operations for a large supply chain company. Brandon specializes in working with buyers. He is excellent at helping them find the perfect property whether it is for a first time home buyer, an investor, a second home, etc. When he is not working he enjoys reading, hiking and golfing in the perfect Arizona weather.

Patrick Ellis (Sales Professional) is originally from Boise, Idaho and moved to Phoenix in 2003 to attend Arizona State University where he majored in Political Science. Prior to real estate he worked as an EMT and Firefighter for the Flagstaff Fire Department. He also served in the United States Army for several years. Patrick specializes in working with buyers. Clients love working with him because he provides excellent client service. When he is not working he is an avid baseball fan. He played for over 20 years including some time at ASU.
