GROUND FLOOR N
The House and The Trees residence was designed by Jorge Iglesias Guilland. This building was designed by the influences around the property environment. The need to incorporate nature within the building was crucial. Within this study, 3 models were created to understand the relationship between outdoor and indoor spaces, creating open sight-lines and opportunity for interior and exterior interplay.
DINING AND LIVING SPACE
1655 Dupont St. will now be the new host of Mon Cheri. This trans-formative space encapsulates an innovative, high-energy restaurant and bar in the Junction Triangle. The perfect balance of fine dining and nightlife experience captured in one, allows for the best of both worlds to collide. A simple, yet unique, themed menu in addition of the atmosphere will create a sense of personal belonging for locals and tourists alike. The space is solely based upon the idea of operational movement. Incorporating a walk through factor, commuters and “walkers” of the West Rail Path are now able to grab and go as they please. This process allows for a new large demographic to utilize and immerse within the space, and take pleasure in Mon Cheri.
Pixels is a light fixture composed of multiple triangular prisms connected by various techniques of folding. This installation is primarily made of vellum and trace paper. Though, a small amount of wire is used to contain its sphere-structure. The warmth and softness of the light emitted is a contrast to the sharp geometric structure of the piece, resulting balance. Pixels can be used as a statement piece to compliment and amplify the atmosphere of a space.

ACOUSTIC CEILING CLOUDS
SUSPENDED CUSTOM FLUORESCENT FIXTURE
The cloud’s purpose is to provide a space that is raw, rare and uplifting. A space to reflect, find clarity, breathe and belong while being in the hustle and bustle of the city.
As humans we look to the sky, analyzing and watching clouds drift by. The clouds in the sky have endless possibility for imagination and distracts us from our daily life. It allows us to focus on something that connects all humans, it is something we all share. Clouds are always moving and changing, so what if you could sit in a cloud and dream?
This installation focuses on form and the journey/movement of the users in the area. The cloud provides a place of stillness and peace letting the user decide when it is time to go while life continues outside the cloud.

Inspired by art movement surrealism.
Surealism draws from the unconscious and the irrational. It represents the world of dreams, nightmares, desires and imagination. It defies logic, displays images and scenes that cannot be captured in physical life. Has elements of surprise, unexpected juxtaposition and primitive design. Surrealism taught the world to not focus on visuals and literal but to appreciate the art in the subconscious level.
Dream was designed on an island called, Madonna del Monte in Venice, Italy. Dreams is somewhere where you can be at ease and unwind. It is minimal, transparent, clean, meaningful and intimate yet freeing. Dream is the unconscious story being told by the soft warm sand to the fine white marbel walls creating a connection that is everlasting.
