Some time out just for you, take a step back and relax, refresh, rejuvenate, and go home feeling clear about what comes next.

On your retreat there will be no internet or mobiles to disturb you. We will spend the mornings delving deeply into your life, identifying what is and is not working, looking at your passions and values and highlighting some next steps. We can even do our coaching on the beach!

The rest of the day you are free to spend in retreat, contemplating the morning’s conversations and allowing the time, space and silence to give you insights into your life and what you wish to create for the future.

Your coastal retreat.

You will arrive on the afternoon of the first day – have two days for your retreat and leave on the fourth day.

The retreat includes - A minimum of fours hours individual bespoke coaching in the morning of both days focused purely on your intention for your retreat which you will set with the help of some preparatory exercises before you fly out. This coaching will include some or all of the following; taking the Passion Test, discovering your values, shifting limiting beliefs, reviewing your strategies, learning a selection of tools to take home with you to support you in moving forward, an action plan to take home all designed to help you make the most of your Clore Fellowship.

These afternoons may also include some exercises for you to do in your silent time. These times are key to your retreat to give you the time and space to reconnect to yourself and create the environment for your insights to arise.
