Produced a documentary of a local artist in Lavapies that we are working with. We want to tell her story. //Why she started creating art, what drives her to keep creating and the role of an artist in society

TONE The tone of this video will be light however it will be very personal as well. We will display her journey as an artist and in a way in which is relatable to the audience. We want people to understand her story of her local artist in Madrid.

WARDROBE
We asked Pepa to wear her typical painting outfit, which a sweater, washed blue jeans and an apron as well. A very simple painters outfit.

LOCATION
The location of this interview will be in Pepa Cob's store in Lavapies. We shot during the day at around 5pm so we could use sun/natural light.

We wanted a good depth of field for each of the shots. We have Pepa in focus for the interview have her art pieces quite visible in the background so that we can leave a little mystery of what the look like in full focus. The B-ROLL are of Pepa working on her craft; close ups of her art pieces, her hands working, etc. The camera was be set on the tripod for the interview then handheld for the B-ROLL. Lighting was a mix of artificial lighting and natural light as well

EDITING STYLE The editing style is very simple, yet sophisticated. Minimal transitions, nothing too over the top; cross fades, fade to black. The video will flow very organically and it will be edited in a way in which the transitions are seamless. Most of the BROLL is in slow motion to really capture the beauty of her art

SOUNDTRACK & AUDIO We used documentary/inspiring style piano compositions for the video. It will not be too heavy for the ear as the tone of the video is light and personal. Recorded Pepa's interview with the Zoom H1 audio recorder
