The metal ceilings inside the bunker are showing signs of rust and pitting under the paint and are painted different colours. In one room black paint has been used and in another red oxide. General cleanliness inside the whole structure is very poor with bird droppings and general dirt present in many areas. Metal fixings within the bunker, including doors, ventilation equipment, telecommunications equipment and electrical equipment are showing severe signs of rust and general dirt accumulation including evidence of bird droppings.
