Staff Structure Jersey Sport operates with a mix of contracted full and part-time staff and a range of zero-hours coaches and instructors who work across various delivery programmes. The organisation operates through a streamline corporate structure with only 3 FTE not directly involved in the day to day delivery of our core programmes.
