MESSAGE

I Will Stand Upon My Watch

Numbering by the thousands, driven by one calling, mobilized under one leadership and armed with anointing and divine competencies. They are the ministers and workersofthePMCC(4thWatch).

As the main machinery of church expansion, church ministers are skilled and competent to teach God's words, lead their congregations, manage church resources and carry out a host of other essential duties related to their calling. They perform these functions, day inanddayoutwithpassion, determination, and a great sense of responsibility; knowing that theyareultimatelyaccountabletoGod.

Whether witnessing in a foreign language, or supervising a construction of a house of worship or teaching children in

elementary school or directing a video shoot or overseeing temporal ministries, indeed, 4th Watch ministersallovertheworlddisplaythe spirit of faithfulness, excellence, passion and zeal that surely put a smileinthefaceofGod.

From a handful, their number has grown significantly to several thousands today with hundreds more joining their ranks each year. Emboldened and inspired by the worldwidegrowthofthechurch, many church members, especially, among the youth, can't help but enlist themselves with abandon, to join Apostle A.T.F in his God-given pastoral calling.

The present generation of church ministers are also remarkably talented and educated with many of them possessing college degrees as well as secular work experiences before they entered pastoral ministry. By combining secular discipline and skills in management, education, media, for instance, with their

pastoral training, many of today's church ministers have emerged more than prepared to tackle today's increasinglytechnicalmissionfield.

Tireless and persevering, 4th Watch pastors are pursuing their calling with ever increasing resilience and passion, often, unmindful of the hardships and sacrifices that are inextricably linked to their mission. Even when they are opposed, persecuted and misinterpreted by critics, yet, they remain in the ministry and refuse to surrender themselves to defeat. Undoubtedly, they are gallant andheroicasexpectedofthem.

As Jesus Christ and His apostle today as their model, 4th Watch pastors are poised to conquer greater summits of ministerial achievements unprecedented in the church's history. Truly, with God's grace and anointing blanketing them, there is no telling what these great company of menandwomencannotdo. serviceto Godforthebrethrentoemulate.

Army of Ministers

Through the years of his faithful and anointed leadership, Apostle Arsenio has created an army of dedicated men and women pastors that are as equally committed as him. These men and women are the ones at the trenches of spiritual warfare –preaching, pastoring, administering and mobilizing the congregations of the saints for them to reach the state of perfection. With Jesus Christ and his apostle, as their model, these pastors brave their fears, courageously face the odds against them and devotedly advance the cause of the kingdom of God at all costs.

Picture of ministers during the Apostolic Fellowship held last year, 2023. These men of holiness and excellence will always be shining examples of what God can do those who follow the Goodman of the House. 4th Watch pastors are poised to conquer greater summits of ministerial achievements unprecedented in the church's history. Currently, there are 2500 ministers stationed across different parts of the world.

In the small town of Nagcarlan, Laguna, a remarkable journey began for Prb Domingo “Dong” C Larga Born to Antonina and Conrado Larga onFebruary9,1973.Prb.Dongwasthe eighth child out of ten siblings. He was seven years old in the 1980s when his sister Ptr. Irene Larga-Figueroa, the thirdchildofthefamily, wasconverted during a crusade. From then on, all of his family members were saved and added to the Church. Growing up in a close-knit family, his upbringing instilled in him the values of obedience, perseverance, faith, and the importance of serving the Lord. From an early age, he developed a deep sense of purpose and a visionary attitude, withcompassionforsouls.

His unwavering determination and dedication to make a difference in the lives of others led him to dedicate his

life to the ministry at the age of 19 in Los Baños Locale. After two years of probationary training, he enrolled at Maranatha Bible School in 1994. Four of them in the family fully dedicated their lives to the ministry with his three siblings, Ptr Irene LargaFigueroa, Ptr. Necy Larga-Zonio and Ptr.MercyLarga-Pagsanjan.

His pillar during his Bible School days was his heart to be obedient and humble to the teachings of the beloved Apostle, and to do his duty even in manual work with excellence. He was always on his knees, persevering in fasting, compassionate in evangelism, and diligent in expanding his flock as a leader with maturityinfaith.

He graduated with honors and pride from Maranatha Bible School in the batch of 1999 under Honored

Vessel Missionaries. After graduating from MBS, he was prepared by God for various missionary journeys and destinations.

Year 1999 to 2004, he was sent to Los Baños Local to manage and take care of our Church farms. During his stay at Los Baños farm in 2002, he married his ever-supportive and loving wife, Ptr Elma Larga The almost half year of 2005, he pastored the Biñan Locale and in early 2006 he was transferred to Calauan, Laguna to continue feeding the sheep of the Lord. In 2008, he was assigned to Rosario, Batangas and his ministry continued to flourish despite facing challenges. Upon his arrival, no pastoral staff so nobody welcomed them. Chapel was unfinished and desolate. Even the surroundings were dense like forest, the environment

and the brethren were elusive, like dry land in the wilderness, half-baked in supportingtheneedsandworksofthe Lord.

He prayed with deep trust to the Lord accompanied with fasting to restore the church in Rosario, Batangas. He tried to lead the Church by all means especially in evangelism, visitation, discipleship, and even in construction and farming. And his better half whom his partner in his ministry, Ptr. Elma M. Larga urged to open a school with dedication and perseverance. The school was their partner in converting more souls and

contribution and selfless love for God's noble mission. This abundance of support has not only allowed his local church to flourish more, but has also enabled the congregation to grow spiritually, living a life of faith and generosity.

For the past 32 years, Presbyter Dong served God faithfully and remained steadfast of his calling as a minister. His motto, like the apostle, “No retreat, No surrender," e n c a p s u l a t e s h i s s t e a d f a s t commitment to his ministry's journey. many parents were a living testimonies of the saving grace of the Lord in their lives. Because of their commitment and compassion to restore and build the church, the brethren were moved and slowly felt the moving of the Holy Spirit. The hearts of the brethren were awakened and revived to be partakers and partners in making their local church grow and stablished, they attended church services often, they learned to give generously, and became goaloriented and exemplary in serving the Lord as what Prb. Dong always taught them.

When asked about the growth of his local church, he attributes it to the faithful obedience of his members to the teachings and doctrines of the church, and supporters of spreading the gospel. The members give their financial support to the church generously, recognizing it as their

One of the key factors in his success has been his obedience and adherence to the teachings of the beloved Apostle. He believed with conviction that “Obedience is better than Sacrifice” as also did by Prophet Samuel to the Lord. “It's obeying the Goodman of the house, no other than our beloved Apostle, that made my ministry a blessed and fruitful one,” his honest and sincere response when asked about his successful ministry. He has

been a dedicated partner in the apostle's ministerial work, always striving to fulfill his mission with faithfulloyalty.

His heart is always for the Apostle. His mind is always for the need of the church. His life is for God and God alone. His thirst is always to partake in the Apostle's ministry. The apostle's motto of "obey and never complain"

has been his guiding principle for the continuous growth of his local church, his ministryand congregationasawhole. Through his obedience, his local church has experienced remarkable growth, bothinquantityandquality.

He was ordained as a Presbyter in 2018 and this appointment made him deepen his dedication and sincerest commitment to the ministry and be a faithful steward, making the whole church well-known, achieving growth, and expanding not only nationwide butworldwide.

Presbyter Dong's character of obedience, perseverance, and

humility continues to inspire others who are in faith thriving for excellence until Christ's return. Through his evangelism efforts, he keeps on touching the lives of countless individuals, spreading hope and salvation to a world in need. He is the epitome of a truly dedicated, humble, diligent, obedient, and faithful man of God as a head pastor of Rosario Locale Church. Even infarming, hehasnoknowledgeyethe focused to what God can do in his heart'sdesire.

Nowadays, in addition to his ministry, he was appointed to head the Land Utilization Committee under the leadership of the Chief Executive Minister Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol and Deputy Executive Minister Bishop JonathanS.Ferriol.

“Always know the properties of the Church. Enrich them. Make every land of the Church useful and productive until we meet all the needs of the Church,” he recalled what the beloved Apostlealwaystoldhim.

Everything he is doing is for the needs of the main office.

“I always think of the main church. My thoughts are always for the central office.
