“And though thy beginning was small, Yet thy latter end would greatly increase.” - Job 8:7 (KJV)
The Church of Christ in the endtime had its humble beginnings. As a small community church in Marikina, the early members struggled in promoting God's work. There were limited resources to advance the missionofGod. Persecutionsandtrials are everywhere even in the preaching ofthegospelinpublicplaces.
But despite these sufferings and extreme challenges, the church, under the leadership of the Goodman of the House, remained steadfast in faith. They breathed through the word and prayer carrying along God's promises withthem.
True enough, God made his church
victorious. Houses of worship were built in different cities and localities. The true gospel of Christ has reached not only the provinces in the Philippines but to different countries around the world. Evangelistic programs were exceptionally carried out in different media platforms moving along with the ever-changing time and technologies. Temporal ministries greatly increased in number and various ministries were instituted to promote the holistic growth of the church.

Here are some interesting numbers we think you might want to know about your newsetofICADofficers: Our batch has the most number of officersandadviserswecanrememberso farinthehistoryofICAD,withatotalof24 officers (17 with executive positions and seven auxiliaries) and two very dedicated and competent advisers The present batch also has a broad representation with nine officers coming from Greater Manila Area, eight from different provincesinLuzon,VisayasandMindanao and seven from abroad. Although we are
considered a new batch, not all officers are neophytes when it comes to handling national positions in the church, since some of us were previous national youth andadultwatchersofficers.
One of the distinctions of this batch of officers is the privilege to serve during the 50th anniversary of the church. We thank God for the trust in placing us in this ministry through the leadership of the Goodman of the House, Arsenio Tan Ferriol along with the church apostolic council. And as we are going to serve during the golden anniversary of the

Church, we can't think of a more fitting motto than this, ICAD Gold: Aiming for an ApostolicStandardOfService.
Gold standard is an idiomatic expressionreferringtoexcellence. Thisis the very culture that we are observing in the church And when we talk about standard of excellence, the best example that God has given us is the model of the Apostle. That's why we are always being encouragedtodo“thosethings, whichye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen” from the Apostle (Philippians4:9).

As your ministry partner in the adult department, we aim to deliver excellent service and leadership. By God's grace we will: Observe and promote to the adult members the apostolic lifestyle and teachings.
OBSERVE CREATE STUDY
Create, promote and host events that will be beneficial to both the spiritual and secular needs of the members.
Study, create and implement programs that will support the holistic development of all adult watchers so they will become more fruitful and faithful members of their local church. To do this, we have created several committees that will spearhead the various programs and monitor its development.
Discover the talents of our adult members and encourage them to be used in the different ministries in the church.
REACH OUT
Reach out to every adult watcher even to the far and remote areas/regions globally. We will customize programs that will be suited to their needs and ensure that no local department is neglected. To do this, we have assigned ICAD Officers to different areas to work hand-in-hand with their area representatives and officers.
DISCOVER INITIATE
Initiate projects that are innovative and helpful to the growth of the department.
