“And though thy beginning was small, Yet thy latter end would greatly increase.” - Job 8:7 (KJV)

The Church of Christ in the endtime had its humble beginnings. As a small community church in Marikina, the early members struggled in promoting God's work. There were limited resources to advance the missionofGod. Persecutionsandtrials are everywhere even in the preaching ofthegospelinpublicplaces.

But despite these sufferings and extreme challenges, the church, under the leadership of the Goodman of the House, remained steadfast in faith. They breathed through the word and prayer carrying along God's promises withthem.

True enough, God made his church

victorious. Houses of worship were built in different cities and localities. The true gospel of Christ has reached not only the provinces in the Philippines but to different countries around the world. Evangelistic programs were exceptionally carried out in different media platforms moving along with the ever-changing time and technologies. Temporal ministries greatly increased in number and various ministries were instituted to promote the holistic growth of the church.

INSIDE: MEET YOUR NEW ICAD OFFICERS

Here are some interesting numbers we think you might want to know about your newsetofICADofficers: Our batch has the most number of officersandadviserswecanrememberso farinthehistoryofICAD,withatotalof24 officers (17 with executive positions and seven auxiliaries) and two very dedicated and competent advisers The present batch also has a broad representation with nine officers coming from Greater Manila Area, eight from different provincesinLuzon,VisayasandMindanao and seven from abroad. Although we are

considered a new batch, not all officers are neophytes when it comes to handling national positions in the church, since some of us were previous national youth andadultwatchersofficers.

One of the distinctions of this batch of officers is the privilege to serve during the 50th anniversary of the church. We thank God for the trust in placing us in this ministry through the leadership of the Goodman of the House, Arsenio Tan Ferriol along with the church apostolic council. And as we are going to serve during the golden anniversary of the

Church, we can't think of a more fitting motto than this, ICAD Gold: Aiming for an ApostolicStandardOfService.

Gold standard is an idiomatic expressionreferringtoexcellence. Thisis the very culture that we are observing in the church And when we talk about standard of excellence, the best example that God has given us is the model of the Apostle. That's why we are always being encouragedtodo“thosethings, whichye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen” from the Apostle (Philippians4:9).

As your ministry partner in the adult department, we aim to deliver excellent service and leadership. By God's grace we will: Observe and promote to the adult members the apostolic lifestyle and teachings.

OBSERVE CREATE STUDY

Create, promote and host events that will be beneficial to both the spiritual and secular needs of the members.

Study, create and implement programs that will support the holistic development of all adult watchers so they will become more fruitful and faithful members of their local church. To do this, we have created several committees that will spearhead the various programs and monitor its development.

Discover the talents of our adult members and encourage them to be used in the different ministries in the church.

REACH OUT

Reach out to every adult watcher even to the far and remote areas/regions globally. We will customize programs that will be suited to their needs and ensure that no local department is neglected. To do this, we have assigned ICAD Officers to different areas to work hand-in-hand with their area representatives and officers.

DISCOVER INITIATE

AdvancingOur APOSTOLIC PARTNERSHIP

Welcome to the 1st issue of the ICAD Newsletter for 2023. As part of the new batch of the International Church Adult Department officers, we are also excited to work hand in hand with you in expanding and growing our ministry.

As we move forward to our golden anniversary, we must carry on the apostolic seal that is in us In our celebration, there must be a continued commitment to excel in our apostolic partnership. We will be part of this milestone. We will see history unravel. But as we wave our banners of victory, may our hearts and minds be filled with gratitude and a spirit ofservitude. Letthis golden anniversary be a reminder of God's goodness and a springboard for us to do greater service knowing that our Lordiscomingsoon.

There are many things that we can look forward to this year. Expect the greater things that will unfold in our time. One of these is the 50th anniversary of the PMCC (4thWatch). Thisisthegoldenyearofthe end-time church. Throughout the past years, we have seen the mighty things that God has done to his people. From our humble beginnings, we have expanded and grown by leaps and bounds. We belong to an overcoming church that stood the test of time and weathered storms and trials. Thanks to the leadership of the Goodman of the House, Apostle Arsenio Tan Ferriol, the church is in a state of grandeur and prominence, alltothegloryofGod.

Christ (4th Watch) continues to spread its presenceacrosstheglobe.

This 2023, as we celebrate the golden year of the true church of Christ, our hearts and spirit are overflowing with joy and excitement. For once again, we will be commemorating God's goodness and wondrous works to His people. To be able to partake and to witness this momentous event is indeed a great favor fromGod.ToHimbealltheglory!

There are many ways wherein we can show our apostolic partnership. As missionaries, we are called to evangelize and to save those who are lost. And God has made everything possible in our time as we are living witnesses of His saving grace. Through the Home Free Global Crusades, we set a record number of baptisms and conversions that we have never seen before. Youngpeopleandadultsalikeare enteringthefull-timeministryinresponse tothegrowingneedofmissionariesinour time.Wearepartofthesebreakthroughs. Eachtimewegoandtellpeopleaboutour Lord and extend our invitation, we are enlarging our missionary outreach. Every adult watcher is a missionary. In every

local church, our immediate community is our mission field. Let us go out and be boldinwitnessingfortheLord!

Another way we can manifest our apostolic partnership is through our generosity. Remember the Macedonian churches in the Bible? The 4th Watch church is like that, amidst the pandemic, more and more people are giving generously to the work of God. Through our faithful and generous giving, we are able to empower and fulfill the growing needs of His mission And with the anointed leadership and guidance of the Apostle, the church has utilized its resources to build more houses of worshipandfurtherthetruegospelinour time.

Indeed, there are many ways we can show our apostolic partnership. While we are reaching regions beyond, let us continue to be in one mind, one spirit and one action with the Apostle and the church leadership. When we grow in our evangelistic endeavors, generous giving and prayer, we will reach the mark of excellence that we are pursuing. Our 50th church anniversary is fast approaching, may our works and service to God be in line with its stature Moreover, as Christ is coming soon in our time and with the Goodman of the House leading us, let us give our steadfast support. Let us march together as one until we reach perfection and as we await that glorious day. Maranatha! Happy Rapture!
