Assalamu’ h, namo budaya, om swastyastu, and the best wishes for all of us!
Hello, My name is Jeremy Thomas Manik, lot of my friend call me EM but back to family and highschool, everybody call me Jeremy. Born in Medan, April 26th 2001, doesn’t make me a hard person like everybody think about me. Being the middle child and the only son in my family, made everyone think that I was very pampered. But in contrast, I am a person who is far from family, often looks for his own path, and prefers to seek new environments and new challenges.
I attended one of the best private high schools in this country, and as someone who spend his highschool time in the dormitory, i have the ability in communicate, time management, work in group or cooperative, and work under the pressure.
Most of my time in highschool, spend to band and school event committee. Me and my band was an iconic band back when im still in highschool, because band with medium skills. But because of that, i learn how to control the stage, grow up my confident and convince others. After 1 or 2 performance, We are trusted to fill committees in school events. From there, i learn to manage a bunch of people to reach our goal. And also i learn to control my emotion, because every epiphany celebration in our school always attended by Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, as the founding father of our school. I learn to control that situation.
I joined CIMSA with the hope that in this place, I will find new challenges and also a new family. seeing how the local brothers and sisters are very warm and cooperative in a project gave me the view that this is the right place. starting from how they nurture the fetuses until I reached the point now where I attend national meetings and are always guided by them.
Based on the skills I have acquired and what I have gone through convinced me to advance to become a Region Coordinator. However, that's not the only reason for me. what I have experienced while at CIMSA, what I have experienced in all projects, and especially what I have received from my local, region, and national. Starting from how I will work in a team, sharing creative ideas with other official friends. and also I am very enthusiastic about leading Region 2.
I really look forward to working together in a scale of region for a better local and region of CIMSA in the future. Be Regional Coordinator is another level of me, because it force me to give all I've got. After all the things that I through in CIMSA, I hopefully can give the positive impact for CIMSA, especially Region 2. If I elected, I sure will do my best as possible as I can. If I failed again, I promise to my self to try again and again. God always know the best for me and the best for CIMSA. I am sure that I love CIMSA as I love my self.
