ello. Thanks for taking time to browse through my portfolio. This portfolio is a collection of many of the recent projects I have undertaken in the past years, especially in the last year.

Looking back, I realize I’m blessed with various projects that allowed me to grow and stretch my capabilties both as a designer and as a person.

Through it, I discovered my passion for layouts and publications, particularly those involving Chinese and English designs.

Being intrigued and challenged, I decided to delve even further into Chinese designs, typography and layouts. While I am still no expert, I have gained some experience in working with Chinese media and the design philosophies associated with them.

Every designer seeks to communicate with others through the things they create. That’s their own unique voice.

I hope that the next few pages will find favor with your eyes, and you’ll hear my voice ringing through these pages.

好。志偉在此由衷的感謝您前來翻閱此設計 作品集。此作品集蒐羅了近四年裡，所擔任 或是參與過的作品。驀然回首這4年學習的 過程，我意識到自己在種種作品中學習到和領悟到的 經驗與知識都算是一種福份。我也發覺到對於平面及 中英對應設計的喜愛。 華文包含了蘊含中華文化5000年所演變的字形、線 條、色塊等視覺構思，在中文設計裡別有一番的滋 味，這獨特的點線撇集合了象形、形聲的各種組合著 實讓我著迷。

設計就如同烹飪一樣，大可很樸實地照著食譜烹煮， 亦可以發揮想象，突破慣例去締造全新的感覺。中文 設計彰顯出的便是這種獨具一格的多變化性。 雖然目前稱不上是專業的設計者，但也習慣了中文設 計的工作環境，也吸取了許多有關的設計概念。每位 設計人都想透過自己的創作來傳達訊息給誰，這就是 他們的「聲音」！屬於此作品獨一無二的靈魂！ 真誠地希望此設計作品集可以感動您，將「作品獨一 無二的靈魂」傳達到你內心的深處。

I’m studying Communication Studies at the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. 志偉目前在新加坡的南洋理工大學中， 黃金輝傳媒與資訊學院就讀傳媒系。 I see myself as a graphic designer with a passion for Chinese / bilingual designs. 他視自己為一名熱衷于中文和中英 對應設計的平面設計師。
