Around the same time, a few agents in my office who were listening to my podcast and observing my success, asked me about coaching Long story short, we created a “speakeasy” weekly group coaching workshop for them with a name worth hiding “12 steps to being a badass broker”
We've sense changed the name
The true joy came from applying what I'd learned and helping others realize dreams too. It was 18 years in real estate selling homes, and I realized the path has been laid. I've wanted to coach for a long time and found my greatest joys in aligning with agents from the agents breaking in to the top agents in the country. February of 2022, I made it official, I started.
It was 2003, and I was lucky I got in young I was 26 years old Then there was the no car, a minimal wardrobe, and little to no connections part and a few bad decisions before it that got me there There were also the lessons learned and the circumstances that drove me to learn the industry inside and out, to learn to win business and close deals or “starve” Within two years, I was the top agent within a top Atlanta office
With the attention of a few global real estate speakers like Matthew Ferrara, my initial inspiration, I became known by more than my clients and prospects Real estate agents became my friends and best sources of business

Atlanta luxury real estate agent Keith Biggs first met JMPartners principal Jere Metcalf a few years ago at one of Metcalf’s listings when he was searching for a new home for his clients. Bennett’s astonishing accomplishments weren’t achieved without even more astonishing obstacles. About two years ago, she was diagnosed with a rare cancer that would not respond to chemotherapy or radiation, ultimately opting for lifesaving surgery to remove her leg in June 2021. Fast forward to just over a year later, and this real estate powerhouse’s performance is stronger than ever. Says Metcalf, “As her career has grown, to say she doesn’t let setbacks stop her or that she has used them as motivation to forge ahead doesn’t do justice to describe what she has overcome.”
Lisa Bennett, another JMPartners client and member of BreakthroughLuxury, Metcalf’s coaching program, has expanded her business. Today she works alongside investors from the buying stage to building, branding and selling homes and developments in Atlanta. As a result, Bennett has a long pipeline of buyers and sellers that compounds her impact and results.
