Earthen House Ahmedabad

The house is materialized with two volumes arranged perpendicular to each other. In order to have views of the expanding horizon of the landscape around it, while catering to politically active client and the social requirements, the walls have been strategically placed to filter the visual penetration.

Cube House Rajkot

The design is an extraordinary connection of various cubes. The idea was to place cubes and cuboids in a way that can generate spaces for semi-private and private spaces parallelly. The cuboids were placed one above the other perpendicularly, and this creates cubic cantilevered volumes on the outside.

The core idea of re-designing the 7th floor for MSFL emerged from bringing something fresh, live and energetic ambiance for the next generation of directors of the Marwadi group. The overall combination of forms and strong color scheme makes the space comes alive.

Ivy Cottage is a compact family home of an agriculture scientist with common walls shared with the houses adjacent to it. While designing Ivy Cottage, the biggest contextual challenge was that the light and ventilation were only possible through the two short sides of the house.

The process on this project involves stacking, shifting, resizing of blocks with respect to the climate and the requirements of the client.

The changes were driven by cardinal directions and the functions.

In collaboration with Asparagus Landscape, Bangalore, the landscape played a major role. The whole journey was to stimulate all the five senses of the client to create a harmonious symphony of experiences.

Wadi School Rajkot

A school that is a space for creative thinking, a source of inspiration, and a starting point for developing a sense of awareness and responsibility. Nested on the outskirts of Rajkot city, under the umbrella of TGES, it is an oasis of learning. The louvered fins on the south and west, add fresh splashes of colour to the buildingthus revealing the function of the building; aesthetically.

Case Studies were at RKC campus to understand the Classical order and proportioning system employed in Indo-Saracenice architecture style.

As part of exhibition visit to Raw coloabrative done at Mill’s owner assosiation building, furniture design and other design faculties were explored to look into the current design trends. Furniture selection for projects were also carried out.
