My academic journey in philosophy, with a focus on applied ethics, might seem like an unconventional starting point for a career in marketing.

However, it has been a cornerstone in my professional development Studying philosophy taught me to look beyond the obvious, to question and understand the 'why' behind every concept.

As a marketing professional specializing in brand and campaign strategy, I integrate philosophical insights into my daily work. The critical thinking and ethical frameworks from my academic background allow me to create campaigns that are not only effective but also connect with audiences on a deeper, more meaningful level.

Exploring some out-of-the-box marketing tools something that can be enjoyed both online and offline. Something that really screams out 'Zenius Quality' in a fun, selfexplanatory way.

It's all about uncovering the deepest layers of self-identity and setting the path for personal growth.

I played a key role in various parts, leading the creation of creative briefs, choosing topics, and the development of KONZEP’s identity.

My role also involved managing the production process and creating communication plans for its launch as a relevant lead generation to our targeted market.

An exciting part of my work was writing for the 'FOKUS' column. I got to write about how philosophy helps us understand ourselves!

In this latest edition, I continued in my key role just like in Vol.01, playing a crucial part in shaping our content and strategy.

Since the edition focused on universities, majors, and tips for making the right choice, I crafted an article exploring the concepts of determinism vs. free will.

As a lead generation, KONZEP, successfully acquired over xxxx new leads and achieved an impressive xx% conversion rate from these new leads.

TUTORS INTRODUCTION

In the latest tutor re-introduction campaign at Zenius, I took the lead in bringing some fresh vibes to our tutors.

My role extended to planning the communication plan and the visual moods reference. This campaign was not just visually striking, but also resonated with our audience on multiple levels and has been receiving very positive feedbacks from our audiences. Keeping it professional, yet totally cool.

GRAND TRYOUT

In overseeing the Grand Tryout, was fully engaged in end-to-end preparations Planned out the communication strategy, crafted a clear creative brief for marketing collaterals, and collaborated closely with the product team to ensure a smooth user journey.

Our strategic planning and execution yielded impressive results, attracting over 40,000 participants a substantial xx% increase compared to the past two years of Grand Tryout.

Notably, our efforts also led to a significant xxx% reduction in the marketing budget per registrant, underscoring our team's adept resource management and campaign optimization skills.

OFFLINE GATHERING

In my role as the team lead, I made sure everything ran smoothly both within our team and with external partners.

Internally, I ensured our tutors had what they needed to contribute effectively to the event Externally, I worked closely with vendors, making sure they delivered exactly what we required, whether it was photo booths, refreshments, or exclusive merchandise.

I also handled the budget planning and ensured timely payments to vendors, ensuring a hassle-free financial process. At the same time, I organized the visual assets and the event schedules.

Despite the event having limited registration slots, I successfully attracted over 100+ alumni participants.

KAMPUS 101

As part of this initiative, I took charge of planning the communication strategy and developed a creative brief for visual assets across multiple channels, including social media, blogs, community platforms, and in-app content.

Working closely with our blog writers, I ensured the regular update of the directory with 10+ articles each month, resulting in the accumulation of over 100 relevant articles to date. This continuous effort aimed at providing valuable and up-to-date information for our audience.

The lead generation efforts stemming from this initiative proved highly effective, resulting in the acquisition of xxxx new leads and an impressive xx% conversion rate, showcasing the impact of our strategic approach to content dissemination and engagement.

Captures our commitment to helping students achieve their full potential and given the latest government regulations, including initiatives like Kurikulum Merdeka and the comprehensive scholastic test SNBT #BikinCerdasBeneran conveys the message that by building solid fundamental skills, we can explore any career path and genuinely become experts.

I contributed to formulating the message, developing the creative brief, and creating visual assets across various channels, including social media, blogs, and in-app platforms.

Additionally, I organized activation activities, such as encouraging User Generated Content (UGC) and coordinating offline gatherings with alumni.

I contributed in shaping the central message collaboratively with the team This involved carefully outlining a detailed creative brief that covered visual references and the tone of copywriting for marketing collaterals. These channels included social media, blog, revamped website, in-app features, community engagement, and the creation of a TV commercial.

The core message we aimed to convey was a guide on how to adopt a fresh approach to learning with Zenius, ensuring that students could stay connected with their friends and pursue their hobbies.

By aligning the campaign with these essential aspects, we offered to provide students with practical insights for a more effective and engaging learning experience.

I took a lead role in preparing pitch deck materials for Iceland Vodka when they were a potential client. This involved creating content pillars, developing campaign ideas, formulating a comprehensive creative brief, and crafting compelling copywriting for both visuals and captions.

The goal was to present a cohesive and persuasive pitch that not only showcased our understanding of the brand but also demonstrated our strategic approach to content creation and campaign execution.
