You'll need to hand over all keys, garage door openers, and any other access devices to the buyer. Typically the front door key is given to your lawyer and the rest can be left in the home Ensure you've collected and organized all keys beforehand
Utilities:
Confirm that all utilities have been transferred out of your name effective from possession day. Provide any necessary meter readings to utility companies if required.
Cleaning:
The property should be cleaned and vacated by possession day. Make sure all personal belongings, trash, and debris are removed from the premises.
