Once a commitment letter has been signed, we will be working to build and create your personalized systems so you hit the ground running at Unique. We will guide you in the process of saving and transferring your data so that marketing is available to you from day one. You will receive documents and a checklist to complete, as well as logins and passwords to prepare you for the remote onboarding process.
Our fixed fee of $1,500 is paid by the agent to the brokerage once the agent’s sales reach or exceed $12 million per side.
Office rentals are available at an additional cost and will vary in price based on square footage.
