Welcome to the fourth edition of the Terry Dicken Industrial Estate Newsletter! Another year has passed since our last newsletter. Doesn't time fly! Issue 4 brings another publication detailing some of our many and varied tenants here on the estate in Stokesley. We have again repeated our 10,000 copy print and we will be distributing these at Stokesley Show and within local businesses and homes in Stokesley, Great Ayton and surrounding areas. Last year we talked about the introduction of our small individual offices in the Terry Dicken Business Centre, here on Roseberry Court, for start up companies and local businesses moving out of the home. One year later due to the success of the Business Centre we are now looking at offering a similar idea of office space to rent, but for the new or more established companies who may be looking for a larger scale office of approx 1250 sq ft. These modern offices will be newly decorated and carpeted and located within Stokesley Business Park. Flexible terms are available to help the needs of growing businesses.
