Hava’s Path to Victory
the relative anonymity of the other candidates leaves a large, undecided electorate to press the advantage with.
There are 50,975 registered Democrats likely to vote in this election. The gender gap is significant: women make up 57% of the electorate. Additionally, Palm Beach County voters constitute 28% of the electorate. Together, these two significant portions of the electorate pave a clear path for Hava.

The national conversation also lends itself to Hava’s background and credentials.
Florida’s new 23rd district is poised to be one of the most competitive congressional primaries in the nation.
With a DPI of +13, the crowded primary field will almost certainly determine the next member of Congress. Furthermore, the retirement of longtime Congressman and Democratic stalwart, Ted Deutch, created an opening not seen in over a decade, pulling four candidates into the race.
Of these, Hava is both the only woman and person from Palm Beach County, providing Hava a significant advantage with large swaths of voters. Compounding this advantage,
Hava is a worker’s rights attorney and Executive Director of the Florida Anti-Defamation League. She is the only candidate authentically weaving a narrative around fighting for the rights of individuals and marginalized communities. Moreover, as the only woman in the race, Hava is the most believable and sympathetic advocate for issues surrounding abortion and women’s healthcare autonomy. Both are likely to be highly salient issues in this race.
Hava’s background, credentials, and ability to appeal to regional and national donors make her a formidable candidate. She has a clear path to victory and, with the proper resources, will enjoy a strong position to secure it
