The objective of this work was to propose a test and a training protocol aiming at the
improvement of the pitch through the ludic dynamics, using the bibliographic review.
Handball is easy to learn, however, it must follow a methodological line for its
teaching. The three methods go hand in hand in the process of teaching learning,
since learners learn by playing (recreational), they understand the specific movement
of the (situational) modality and develop their physical, cognitive and affective
(constructivist) side. An adapted pitching test was proposed. After the test, a training
protocol program was adapted based on the methods presented in the text, which
may last four weeks. The same test performed at the beginning will be applied again
after the end of the training protocol.
