All rates are subject to Virginia State Sales Tax. Rates are Subject to Change without Notice. Four-hour blocks include setup, take down & cleanup time. Renter will be charged for full-day if time exceeds the four-hour limit. Labor for all setup by Jefferson Center personnel not included (Except Fitzpatrick Hall). Nonprofit organizations must submit verification of 501(c)3 status.
Tenants that are also non-profit organizations are eligible for an additional 5% off the regular non-profit/tenant rate.
INCLUDED PRICING IS FOR SPACE USE ONLY
Based on the needs of your event, there may be additional charges for things like:
• Front of house or back of house service
• Staffing
• Sound
• Cleaning (cleaning charge varies per event type and space)
• Lighting
• Equipment rentals
• Incidentals

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
The following information is provided to assist you with your event and to help you familiarize yourself with certain rules, regulations, and safety precautions of this venue. It is the responsibility of the Renter to inform all personnel involved with the event of these rules and regulations.
1. Jefferson Center is a non-smoking facility.
2. No weapons or illegal drugs are allowed in the building. Violation may result in immediate expulsion from the facility.
3. Any form of violence is unacceptable behavior and cause for removal and/or further action. This includes physical violence, and the use of obscene, abusive or threatening language.
4. No pets allowed except service animals.
5. There can be no blocking of fire exits at any time.
6. No duct tape, masking tape, glitter, or mylar table dressings may be used anywhere within Jefferson Center. Disregard for this rule may result in additional cleaning fees.
7. Nothing may be attached to floors, walls, or ceilings without pre-approval from Jefferson Center personnel. Disregard for this rule may result in additional charges.
