Join us for an evening of dance open to all levels and styles. Dance styles include Ballroom, Cha-Cha, Swing, Tango, Waltz, Fox Trot, Rhumba, Bolero, Cumbia, Bachata, Salsa, Merengue, and more! Grab your dancing shoes and dance the night away! Drop-in class – no advanced registration required.

Peace Yoga

Day: Monday

Peace Yoga is the perfect combination of basic stretches, yoga postures, breath work, meditation and relaxation all geared to create harmony within the mind, body and spirit. It promotes healthy internal organ function and smooth energy circulation within all systems of the body. Peace Yoga movements are designed to stretch and tone muscles, loosen stiff joints, help correct poor posture, improve balance and leave you feeling agile and refreshed.

Walking Club

Day: Monday

The Walking Club gives participants the opportunity to get some exercise and socialize with neighbors. Each walk will be led by a staff member; however, walkers can walk at their own pace. Please contact the offce on days the weather is questionable to confrm the walking club will still meet.

Men’s 12” Softball League

Day: Sunday

Register for softball online at www.lincolnwoodil.org or in the Parks and Recreation offce. Full payment is due two weeks prior to the start of the league. Payouts will be awarded to the frst and second place teams. The minimum number of teams must be met by April 21, 2023.

NEW! Co-ed Sand Volleyball

Day: Wednesday

This league features an eight-week regular season match schedule that ends with a single elimination tournament. Matches consist of three games with rally scoring; two games to 25 points and one game to 15 points. Four men and two women must be on the court at all times.
