Volleyball Skills Clinic 1

Day: Monday

In this clinic, participants will receive instruction on all major volleyball skills, serving, passing, setting and attacking. Participants receive a solid foundation of these fundamental skills through fun and active drills while building up to team play. This class is for beginners looking to understand the game and learn new volleyball skills.

In this clinic, participants will focus on a progression of skills including transitioning from free ball, offense, defense, and positions. This clinic provides an opportunity for participants to progress their skill level and knowledge of the game.

L.I.S.A. Soccer

Day: Thursday

Led by professional coaching staff, the goal of the clinic is to help players of all levels improve their game in a fun and safe atmosphere that stresses respect and sportsmanship. Children will be taught the fundamentals of soccer, as well as technical and tactical skills though drills. Players will be challenged physically and mentally and remain active throughout the program.

This class focuses on a variety of sports including fag football, basketball, baseball, kickball, soccer, capture the fag and other group games. Each day, participants focus on skill development and fundamentals of each respective sport, followed by game play. Coaches ensure a fun and energetic atmosphere while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
