Premium Spec Suite San Diego, CA

project brief:

With remote work opportunities drastically increasing, our client wanted a unique way to lease out a large empty space in their downtown building. Located on the 16th floor with views of the waterfront and city skyline, a “premium” design was realized to elevate the typical work environment. Balancing a variety of collaborative spaces with private ones was key to creating a successful plan that promotes growth, productivity, and connection in the workplace. Based on clientele and leasing trends, it is anticipated that a law firm will lease out this space, so the design was created with their typical programming in mind. The design remains consistent with building standards, while upgrading details such as finishes, hardware, millwork, and appliances. This project is in permit processing.
