Using your dispenser
• Dispenser will fit most standard 1 inch neck bottles such as 750ml wines, rums, liquers
• Dispenser is not recommended for carbonated beverages such as sodas

Cork Stopper to cover cavity of dispenser when not in use
• Attach supplied bottle pourer to the bottle you wish to use.
• Remove cap from pourer and insert the rubber rings side as far into the bottle as possible from the narrowest rings until you get a snug fit.
• Ensure the tap is in off position
• Lean your dispenser sideways and carefully position the spout of pourer into the top of the dispenser and then position it upright
• Gently push the bottle down into the opening of the dispenser until it clicks. If you are applying gentle pressure and there is no click, do not use excessive force.
• Turn the tap on to release your beverage and ENJOY!
• See back page for troubleshooting tips
Note:
• It is highly recommended that you remove the bottle after each use, even if not yet empty. While holding the bottle, invert the dispenser over a sink and pull bottle out. Keep dispenser inverted to drain all liquid in pipeline.
Cleaning your dispenser
• Remove any beverage bottle
• Gently remove bottle pourer
• Position a container under the open tap pour a solution of warm water and liquid soap into top of dispenser. Use at least 2 cups to ensure it runs steadily for at least a minute
• Scrub with a fine tip bottle brush
• Flush repeatedly with clean water
• Invert dispenser and allow to drip dry
• Clean the bottle pourer by soaking in soapy water for a few minutes, wash with bottle brush then rise.
• If the ringed rubber stopper on the bottle pourer slides forward over time, gently push it back on.
• For easy storage, the base of your dispenser may be removed by unscrewing. Put loose screws back into nuts to avoid misplacing them
• Use the supplied cork stopper to cover the cavity at top of dispenser when not in use.
Troubleshooting
1. Beverage not coming out of tap
• Check to ensure you removed the cap from the bottle pourer before inserting bottle into cavity of dispenser
• Ensure tap is turned on fully
• If above is ok, without removing the bottle from the cavity, wiggle the bottle slightly to allow air to flow into the pourer.
2. Beverage leaking from the top cavity
• Remove the bottle and check to ensure that the bottle pourer was as far into the bottle as possible for a snug fit
• Check to ensure the bottle is pushed down into the cavity as far as possible without applying too much force
• Check if rubber stopper of pourer has slid down the metal shaft. If yes, slide back up until the top of the air vent (small metal tube on pourer) is just about 1 mm above the top of the rubber stopper
