26 – 28 March 2021, JCI Century have organized 3 days 2 nights Local Officer Academy & Team Building at Sinar Eco Resort.

We have invited Head Trainer 2020 JCIM National Secretary General Stanley Goh and training assistant are 2020 JCIM National Skill Development Commission Chair Jay Chow, 2021 JCIM National Vice President Vincent Leng, JCI Century Founder Wilson Ooi & JCI Century Advisor YC Tam.

There was total 14 JCI Century's members participate in this LOA. We really appreciate the effort of the trainers for making our LOA memorable and knowledgeable.

Organizing Chairman Joey Yap

Trainers not only covered JCI Training but also planned a lot of outdoor activities to train our leadership skill, interpretation skill, courage, teamwork and trust among the members. BODs & Members really learned a lot throughout all these activities. Now, we knew, to work as a team, the most important thing we must have is TEAMWORK. Everyone can be a leader but a true Leader is also a strong supporter. So, we must trust each other in doing all those events or work together hand-in-hand in future.

To conclude our LOA, YES, we did have fun in past 3 days and we have created a lot of sweet memories.

We also have our National Vice President Dialogue in our program in order to let our members know about the directions and goals of JCIM 2021.
