We’re always striving to improve the services we provide for our clients and community, which is why we carry out a survey every year to learn how we are doing.
In Spring 2019 we heard from 1,033 of you. So, how did we do? Agreed that our reception staff provides good customer service Reported that they were satisfied with their overall experience
Agreed that our staff are open and responsive to their questions and concerns
These are good people. They make sure each person is taken care of. They listen to both their coworkers and their clients. It is a wonderful atmosphere and there is always a friendly face to look to.
Everyone is so welcoming, accommodating and helpful! Our boys love spending time here, and we feel so grateful they are part of the program.
We also heard that we could improve in a few areas, such as: making information about our services more easily available along with streamlining our paperwork and intake processes. WHAT’S NEXT? After reviewing a detailed summary of survey results, agency leadership, program directors, and staff members have already taken steps to improve our work, including adding more information on our webpages and exploring ways to simplify paperwork.
