Mondays 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Yoga Studio with Kelsey This class is designed to effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body. This workout may use the ballet barre, light weights and various props. Students will focus on form and precision while performing small isometric movements as the instructor emphasizes basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle actions. Each strength section of this workout is followed by a stretching section to create long, lean muscle without bulk. These are challenging, no impact classes that require focus and precision for maximum results.
Holiday Pilates Evening Class Special Keep your Pilates practice going during the busy holidays! November 26 through December 31, all 6 p.m. group Pilates classes will only be $10 per person.

Intro to Kettlebell Workshop with April Teller This class will teach you proper form and technique for using kettlebells. Kettlebells provide numerous benefits through building stamina, lean muscle mass, and developing core strength. Addition of TRX Class Due to popular demand we’ve added a Friday at 8:30 a.m. TRX Class with Steve! TRX Simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility and core stability. Small group will meet for an intense 45-minute workout. TRX is great for any age or ability.
