Electronics adorned with the JCertified warranty seal are restored to a standard comparable to new. Our team of highly skilled, internally trained electricians meticulously repair defects and pre-emptively replace weak components. Furthermore, in most instances, PLCs and HMIs undergo standard replacement of foils and housings, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

Prior to the release of any JCertified product, rigorous testing is undertaken. This constitutes the ultimate phase of the renewal process, encompassing meticulous

pre-testing, reconditioning, and thorough inspection. Only upon successful completion of these steps do we bestow a 2-year warranty alongside the coveted warranty seal.

We believe in eliminating surprises. Hence, our technicians meticulously repair and overhaul electronics following our certified process. Prior to selling any refurbished product, we subject it to thorough testing, with some drives undergoing testing for up to 3.5 hours.

Each product, brand, and range has its dedicated test setup, where drives, HMIs, PLCs, and PC/PGs undergo testing in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. In cases where required, we conduct tests under extreme conditions in a climate chamber, guaranteeing that our refurbished products maintain optimal performance even in harsh environments.
