One of the most intere aspects of my role is that I get to innovate. It is never boring because there is always room for improvement and something new to learn every day. For example, if we encounter a process or task that takes too long to complete due to over processing, we thoroughly analyze the situation and brainstorm with my peers until we find a solution. Then, we start working on implementingthatsolution

At PSI we are in charge of deeply investigating the ASIN safety incident reports for US and LATAM in order to take actions on the ASIN. We usually investigate the history of previous reports and also take into account the type of incident currently reported and assign a severity to it. We take many other factors into consideration in order to make a decision on what to do with the ASIN in order to prevent further incidents and make sure we offer safe products to our customers. Based in our investigation we could either suppress the ASIN and request compliance documents, provide a 7 days window to selling partners and vendors to provide documents to prevent ASIN suppression, or take no action at all if we determine the ASIN is not dangerous for our customers. Our associates are fully trained and always ready to make sure our customers in general will have the best experience at Amazon thanks to us.
