The testimony is the self revelation of God. In other words, it represents God's heart desire, which is also God's requirement; or we may say, God's standard.

His standard reveals himself, showing us what a God He is.

n the group was Matthew, who wrote of Jesus' life.

His book tells many great stories the love, teachings, and strife.

leased to be a disciple, James joined the throng.

Thaddeus and Simon also came along.

ater the one called Judas would betray his master's name.

Bartholomew (called Nathanael) was another one who came.

ach of the disciples went out in the world to preach.

To tell the message of Jesus to every soul they could reach.

Chapter 2

Examine Love Examine (verb): to inspect someone or something in detail to determine their nature or condition; investigate thoroughly.

Love is patient love is kind.

It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.

It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.

It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (NIV) Dear God... thank you for loving us first. Thank you for showing us how to love in an excellent way. May we always remember how.
