SHELVING AND CABINET OPTIONS

Versatility: Mount virtually any type of storage housing on mobile carriages, including existing shelving and cabinets.

MOBILE CARRIAGES

Purpose: Eliminate non-productive space created by fixed aisles.

Components: Shelving and cabinets mounted on wheeled carriages.

Operation Modes:

Manual: Physically pushing carriages.

Mechanical Assist: Chain-driven gear reduction method.

Powered: Integrated safety circuits and proprietary app for system programming

KEY COMPONENTS AND INSTALLATION PROCESS

1. Rail Installation

Preparation:

Measure the floor using laser tools to identify high and low points.

Mark the installation area with chalk lines to ensure straight, non-binding rails

Track Layout and Leveling:

Lay out the track and install leveling hardware and anchors.

Adjust rails using levelers and anchors for level, pitch, and roll.

Hydraulic Grout Application:

Mix and apply hydraulic grout under the rails, ensuring no air gaps. Allow grout to cure before proceeding.

2. Floor or Concrete

Installation

Flooring Options:

Install flooring over the rails or arrange for concrete to be poured, based on customer preferences.

3. Carriage Assembly

Layout and Connection:

Lay out carriages and connect them to each other.

Run brake cables and wiring if required, ensuring carriages are square and straight securely.

4. Shelving Installation

Assembly:

Install shelving according to drawings, ensuring all self-tapping screws are properly installed at each upright.

Complete assembly with elevations and face panels as specified.

Options:

Electric: Integrates safety circuits and uses a proprietary app for programming

KEY COMPONENTS AND INSTALLATION PROCESS

1. Space Measurement and Preparation

Initial Measurement:

Confirm the machine will fit in the specified area using a laser range finder for quick ceiling height measurements.

2. Base and Initial Column Installation

Base Setup:

Set the base in place, attach beams, and install the first level of columns.

Positioning:

Install beams, cross bracing, rails, and ladders. Move the machine to its final position and ensure it is level and square.

Anchoring:

Anchor the base in place once positioning is confirmed.

3. Intermediate and Top Section Installation

Scissor Lift Use:

Remove appropriate beams to drive a scissor lift into the machine.

Install intermediate and top sections similar to the base design.

Final Adjustment:

Check the top for square and tighten the entire structure.

Panel Installation:

Install machine skins/panels from the bottom up.

Mechanical Components:

Install belts, transmission, and elevator, then pre-level them.

5 Bay Configuration and Wiring

Bay Configuration:

Reference the manual for the specific bay configuration for the machine and install accordingly.

Wiring:

Run the appropriate wiring for the machine.

6. Power Connection and Commissioning

Electrical Connection:

Connect the machine to the building power by a certified electrician.

Commissioning Procedures:

Begin commissioning procedures to ensure proper operation.

Loading and Final Adjustments:

Load trays and install finish panels.

Top Track and Bottom Track: Serve as the foundation for wall and panel installation.

Wall and Glass Panels: A variety of options to suit different aesthetic and functional needs.

Trim: Provides a polished finish and covers gaps.

Key Components and Installation Process

1. Space Measurement and Preparation

Initial Measurement:

Measure the space to confirm that the product will fit the desired area

Use a laser to snap lines for accurate placement of top and bottom tracks.

2 Track Installation

Top and Bottom Tracks:

Install the tracks along the snapped lines to ensure a straight and level foundation for the wall system.

3 Stud and Bracing Installation

Proprietary Studs:

Cut and install proprietary studs according to the specific configuration.

Horizontal Bracing:

Install horizontal bracing for doors, windows, and multi-panel walls as needed.

4. Panel Installation

Drywall or Vinyl Boards:

Cut boards to size and install using "tags" to hold them in place. If using full board installations, insert sound dampening insulation between the boards during this stage.

Glass Panels:

Measure all glass openings accurately using a special method. Order glass panels based on measurements and install once they arrive.

5. Trim and Finishing

Trim Installation:

Cut trim to size and install to cover gaps and provide a polished finish.

Caulking:

Caulk any gaps to the customer’s satisfaction, ensuring a seamless appearance.
