Port Capital Grease Traps are a high quality product with greater wall thickness and external ribbing to increase optimum strength for final surface loading ratings. When compared to their concrete or welded competitors, the chance of surface leaks, splitting or pressure fractures during installation are greatly reduced due to the use of high density Polyethylene (HDPE) during its construction.

Why use high density Polyethylene (HDPE)?
The use of HDPE is a preferred product in the treatment of individual and commercial fats and greasy waste and the product itself is inert which proves to be far superior over a concrete alternative. HDPE is also easy to clean and with an opening for liquid waste removal, the need for physical maintenance is greatly reduced.
Lids (GT-LID-450D) are sold separately. 1000 to 3000 require 2 x lids, 4,000 to 12,000 requires 3 x lids Risers (GT-RISER-300/600/1000) are cut from 450 Black Max. The Port Capital Grease Traps/Arrestors conform to relevant requirements of AS/NZS 1546.1.2008 and are certified by BSI Group. These products have a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty.
