With a great story to tell across six city blocks, we have established a new team of Ambassadors dedicated to providing building tours throughout the year.

With weeks of training sessions across all departments, these part-time employees give an inside look at our operations to community members, customers and other organizations interested in our recent accomplishments – from the vaccination center to our latest energy-saving efforts Anyone interested can book a tour online and learn how the Javits Center transformed into a model of sustainability, while operating the busiest convention center in the nation It’s the latest step in our Corporate Social Responsibility program, which includes college scholarships, food donations and educational tours for local students Thanks to our Ambassadors, the tour program successfully launched in May 2022, and we anticipate the demand to continue to grow in the months and years ahead
