The4-starhotelisoutlinedasa200-key establishmentstrategicallysituatedwithintheDistrict Centre,Qiddiya11B.Thehotel,conceptualizedwith atowerelement,boastsexceptionalpanoramic views.

Theenvisioneddesignforthehotelincludesa commitmenttoanexpressivefacade,offeringthe potentialforgreeneryandplantingstoenhanceits aestheticappeal.Thisemphasisonanexpressive andgreenfacadealignswiththeaspirationalgoals fortheoverallarchitecturalcharacterofthehotel.

Adheringtothedesignphilosophycenteredaround theactivationoffacades,specificallytheeastand southorientations,thegroundfloorlayoutstrategically placesthemostsocialprogramsalongthesefacades. Seatingareas,sofas,andcoffeetableshavebeen thoughtfullyarrangedtoenticegueststorelaxand relishthepanoramicviewsofthecliffsorthewadi.
