NEXT GENERATION

PPVC

(Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction) Lifting big and heavy prefabricated modules require big tower cranes. A range of high capacity Luffing Jib and Low Top Cranes have been developed to provide an effective solution to the market.

These cranes combine an extremely short counter jib with a flexible jib length, are engineered to minimize erection/dismantle time and they have a redesigned single trolley that permits higher maximum load moment.

They use the latest technology as frequency converter systems with micro speed that maximizes precision and control of the crane and the use of the most advanced controllers make possible a thorough crane monitoring through SMARTLINK, a cloud base system developed in-house by JASO.

The smallest cranes (City Cranes) are designed to be erected using smaller self-erecting auxiliary cranes in less than a day thanks to the 1.18 x 1.18 metre tower system, light jib, and modular components. When light lifts are required, these cranes are the best option. City cranes are quick and easy to assemble. Simple to operate, service and maintain.

Medium size cranes (Top Line) are designed to perform on demanding sites. These cranes use standard 1.75 x 1,75 metre tower systems for the smaller models and 2.16 x 2,16 metre tower sections for the bigger crane models in this range. Combining different tower sections these cranes can reach impressive free-standing heights over 86m.

FLAT TOP

These cranes stand out due to their optimised component weights which allow for their quick and easy assembly specially in congested areas. Additionally, these Flat Tops feature the latest technology in tower cranes such as Eco-Mode, micro speed, progressive slew, etc.

LOW TOP

These cranes are identifiable due to their extremely short cathead that have practically no difference in clearance heights compared to flat top cranes. Above 350tn JASO Low Top cranes have several advantages such as lighter jib sections, cost reduction in transport, etc. The short and sturdy single tie on these cranes minimise jib deflection.

SPACE LIMITATIONS

JASO, as pioneers of multiple luffing crane features, have designed 11 different Luffing models for use in confined spaces. The mast sections are identical to those of the equivalent hammerhead cranes. Therefore, one climbing system may be used for luffing and hammerhead cranes when using the same mast size.

JASO hydraulic luffing cranes boasts a revolutionary design which includes a hydraulic luffing jib and a first of its kind extreme steep out -of-service position.

Luffing operation using a hydraulic ram drastically reduces energy consumption. The position of the luffing ram mounted at the rear of the tower extends the mechanism’s durability and longevity.
