Convention Center is a place where a collective of activities take place simultaneously, so while designing the space we should take into account to provide equal importance given to all public activities that take place. this convention center is designed in a way it has resemblences of modern french eclectic architecture style and references. and the spaces are designed in such a manner to remind you of the french heritage architecture with a modern touch hint of techniques and construction methods

CONCEPT : FRENCH ECLECTIC ARCHITECTURE

This convention center, designed with influences from modern French eclectic architecture, aims to provide equal importance to all public activities taking place simultaneously. The spaces are meticulously crafted to evoke the charm of French heritage architecture, while incorporating modern techniques and construction methods.

CONCEPT : CREATING STREETS

The building is basically divided into two blocks, an UG and a PG block, so the idea ofd connecting these two blicks with the common street at area where there is major human movement and traffic occurs and designing the academic building in such way that it doesnt affect other activities and functioning of the building.

The urban housing project is a low rise apartment building designed in Nolumbur, Chennai. The design is focused on maintaining the privacy of each individual while following the regulations by government The ideas of urban living have been continuously evolving over the years. A relaxing ambiance, luxurious interiors, smart fittings, and easy access to maintenance services, is becoming the selling point for most apartment buyers. Every day, more people are realizing the perks of urban living and moving out of their suburban homes to reap the benefits of urban living. Another significant factor that is making people consciously choose urban living is the rising costs of land in cities and the subsequent rise in the cost of homes.
