A DEDICATED BUYER’S AGENT

My goal is to provide information, advice and service focused on serving you and assuring a successful home purchase experience. Michigan Law refers to the responsibilities of the buyer’s agent as “fiduciary,” requiring a very high level of commitment to serve the client.

It should be noted the commission paid to the Buyer’s Agent is typically paid by the seller. Thus, the buyer receives a great deal of additional service at little or no expense.
