Jans Modular offers luxury leisure accommodation, providing alternative and premium solutions to the holiday and leisure sector. Leading-architectural techniques and eco-conscious designs are combined to offer a selection of innovative holiday lodges and residential park homes.

Our philosophy is that of supporting our clients’ journey at every step! From design to delivery we are on hand to offer advice and consultancy throughout the process. Our 100,000 square foot, state-of-the-art factory facility, is located just 10 minutes from Belfast Int. airport, a great location for clients to visit the working factory to see and experience your projects in build, first hand.

Every bespoke modular build manufactured by Jans first starts out life as a dream or an idea. Our team of consultants will meet with customers to listen closely to their design and practical needs, finding ways to incorporate them into a new and innovative build - creating something that is completely bespoke to each client and development.

Once the design process is complete it’s over to the manufacturing team to produce your desired build. Each of our homes are hand crafted and built by teams of experienced tradesmen, offering a minimum 10 year Platinum Seal warranty for peace of mind.

As an NCC approved manufacturer, all homes are built to BS3632 standard and thoroughly quality controlled throughout the process.

THE FALKOR

The Falkor holiday lodge offers holiday home living to a high standard, upon entering you are immediately greeted with the open plan living space. Enhanced by the full-height vaulted ceilings throughout.

The hall way accent feature wall paneling, leads you from the living area and into the en suite bedrooms.

The Scandinavian-inspired, glass-fronted single lodge was designed to create picturesque views into the outside from any room.

The striking exterior continues through the inside with a clean and minimal look throughout, a tasteful mix of soft tones and feature elements.

THE HAKU

A NEW AND CONTEMPORARY HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE ON WATER

The Haku floating lodge will set precedent by any water’s edge. Whether Lake or marina, the full frontal glass, and side elevations create a 180 degree view across the water to be envious of.
