CAGAYAN PROVINCIAL LEARNING AND RESOURCE CENTER CARITAN CENTRO, TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN DESIGN COMPETITION (GROUP)
The provincial government of Cagayan wanted to modernize its learning and resource center back in 2020. Our team envisioned it to be the centerpiece in the locale by introducing a distinctive identity in each floor which caters to the needs of scholarly people and professionals alike.
I was in charge of rehabilitating the exterior features of the building and the site and I was responsible in redesigning the third floor of the learning center. This floor is mainly used by tertiary students, researchers, businessmen, and professionals.
The third floor features a mature yet serene ambience which is reflected by the muted earth color tones. It also features materials such as the aluminum composite panels with a cherry wood grain design in order to maintain a relaxing nature vibe within the interior. This is also to lessen the maintenance cost in the future as opposed to using real wood siding.

This humble abode is home to two doctors of Cagayan Valley Medical Center. The owners wanted their house to be rich in texture, sporting a modern look that represents their lifestyle.
A roughly plastered wall clads the facade, giving it a strong identity that contrasts with the mahogany-colored wood cladding at the second floor. The roof is a charcoal-colored, stone coated slate roofing manufactured by Kawara Ilocandia.
Large reflective glass panels installed from the ground up are a dominant feature of the building. The owners wanted the finished floor line to be elevated at 0.80 meters from the ground line in order to prevent flooding that might occur during the rainy season.

UPSCALE TWO-STOREY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN
This 1,100.00 square meter two-storey residential building shall house the family of the incumbent vice mayor of Tuguegarao City. This upscale project shall sit on a 5,000 square meter lot that has a lush greenery and undeveloped adjacent lots, giving it a peaceful vibe to reside in.
The owner wanted to preserve the privacy of their family while keeping a reasonable distance between work and their private life. The office of the vice mayor is located at the forefront of the whole development, this shall act as the publicly accessible space for people who are allowed to have an interaction with the owner.
Adjacent to the office is a receiving area for immediate guests who shall then be catered inside the main portion of the residence.
