So picture this: a girl with paints on her fingers, music in her ears, and a million ideas dancing in her head, that’s me, Jana. I design spaces, sure, but I also draw worlds, write feelings, and chase meaning through every line, material, and shade. I’m not just here to exist– I’m here to feel, to create, to aspire and inspire. Making something memorable, beautiful functional spaces, is why I matter.

“Trass” set design
Project Brief
For furniture design course’s final project, I designed a furniture set (coffe table and side table) inspired from the southern region of Saudi Arabia, specifically Aseer.
“Trass” set design
Concept statement & inspiration board:
Al-qatt Alaseeri “يريسعلا طقلا” is one of the most famous crafts in the southern region. And one of it’s known patterns is Albanah “هانبلا” that are repeated triangles with different colors representing a mountain chain. My Trass “صارت” set is inspired from this pattern. Designed with a light modernized look to be used in the guest room reflecting the generousity of the region’s people. The pattern is found on the base of the set, emphasized by the principle of color.
