Welcome

to Function and Finesse 3.0! Our sincere thanks for your ongoing interest in this endeavour and your continued support as we work to provide the most sought after Canadian Gelbvieh genetics. This has certainly been a year for the record books, unfortunately in many ways we hadn’t hoped for. The widespread drought has been a miserable beast for so many of us. We understand firsthand the many challenges of drought. We know many will be decreasing cow numbers and scrambling to find the feed stores you need to get through the winter. At the same time, we also know the pursuit to improve the quality of a cowherd is endless and you can never take your foot off the gas. Here at Twin View, we are culling from the bottom and adding to the top. All experts suggest that when we come through the other side of this, and we will, the cattle industry will be awarded with record high prices. Now is the time to prepare for that! Buy females now that will increase your bottom line then. Function and Finesse has those females! Once again, the females have been managed at Twin View since mid summer. The goal in this is to present a uniform, consistently prepared offering that makes your selection process much simpler. Without having to sort through a variety of management and presentation methods, you’re able to make the best selection for your operation. The heifers are expected to be out grazing the bulk of the time and to travel for water. These are not pampered show heifers. We take great pride in the preparation and common sense presentation of these females! We are proud to use the programs set out by the Canadian Gelbvieh Association including the orange Gelbvieh RFID buttons and DNA parentage, polled and colour testing. We would be honoured to have you visit anytime prior to the sale. It would be our privilege to personally walk you through the females or virtually through a personal video call. You’ll notice QR codes with each lot. Scan that with your smartphone camera and you’ll be taken directly to that animal’s video. Be sure to enjoy our hospitality following the sale with what is sure to be one of the best meals you’ll have this fall! Function and Finesse is a celebration of the ladies of Gelbvieh. Be sure to bring your leading ladies along for the evening!

GOODVIEW GELBVIEH / Blair (306) 746-8037, Courtney (306) 746-8034, Kelsey (306) 746-8035

Blair and Lorie Bentz along with their family operate Goodview Gelbvieh at Punnichy, Saskatchewan. A progressive grain operation runs alongside the cowherd. And what a cowherd it is! It’s common to see the Bentz kids and grandkids working together around the farm. Family first is a key factor to success at the Bentz farm! We love any opportunity to get together for a visit and we value their input, opinion and friendship. You’ll be hard pressed to find a more humble and modest couple than Blair and Lorie. Goodview represents Gelbvieh at the Best of the Breeds Bull Sale in Yorkton each spring.

JSJ LIVESTOCK / James (431) 740-5443, Shayla (204) 741-0018, jsjlivestock.com

The JSJ family of Hartney, Manitoba consists of James and Shayla Jasper with their always on the go crew. With Ethan in Brandon and Aidan now graduated and headed out as well, the JSJ work force continues to spread their wings. This leaves the lovely Louelle as the only Jasper kid left at home to keep things running and she’s got lofty ambitions with the goat side of the operation. James and Shayla have begun moving to a fall calving program in order to manage the workload with their busy schedules. We’re really excited about what this means for future Function and Finesse offerings as well as their spring online bull sale.

KERINESS CATTLE CO. AND JONUS CATTLE / Joe (403) 852-7332, Kert (403) 860-4634

The Ness family of Airdrie, Alberta are one of the original members of our sale team and we’ve worked together for over 10 years but our friendship goes beyond that. Joe and Brenda along with Kert and Cindy are as passionate about Gelbvieh cattle as anyone but they’re maybe even more passionate about hospitality and smoking Gelbvieh beef. Thanks to dry conditions, this was the first time we didn’t need rubber boots to select sale heifers. We hold this family in very high regard and appreciate all they do! Jonus and Keriness bulls are available by private treaty each spring.

LAST MOUNTAIN LIVESTOCK / Mark (306) 725-8198, Garrett (306) 725-7154, Levi (306) 725-7860

The Johnson family from Strasbourg, Saskatchewan have created an elite Gelbvieh herd in a very short time. We’ve shared the story of our connection through National Champion, The Boxer, many times but it bears repeating because The Boxer has absolutely blown us all away in his production. It’s been a big year at Last Mountain with Garrett and Levi each getting married and more grand babies on the way for Mark and Glenda. Last Mountain bulls are backed by an exceptional group of cows and are available by private treaty directly from the yard. Go for a tour…you won’t regret it!

2

TRIPLE S CATTLE COMPANY / Brett (306) 614-9049

The Spray family of Triple S Cattle are back for their second Function and Finesse. More each year, we admire Brett, Krystal and their girls for the family approach they take to agriculture. Brett’s parents, Brian and Karen, are in the mix as well. We love pulling into the yard and seeing the whole family out and about. The girls are very involved in 4-H and in the day to day operation of the farm. Last year when we toured, we dug some wild spruce trees and brought them home. They are all alive! Clearly there’s hardy stock being developed at Preeceville. The Sprays sell two-year old bulls privately out of the yard each spring.

LEDGERWOOD GELBVIEH / Samee (509) 566-8805, ledgerwoodgelbvieh@gmail.com

Pete and Samee Cherriere, of Clarkston, Washington have headed north once again! Although we weren’t able to get there in person, thanks to our unbelievable trust in these great friends along with some technology, we were able to get their lots selected. That’s maybe one of the things we love most about these people. What you see is what you get and you can take whatever they tell you right to the bank! The country Ledgerwood cattle thrive on is tough so they have to be tougher. Pete and Samee have a successful bull sale each spring at the ranch with a very loyal customer base.

RPS GELBVIEH / Ryan (306) 342-7259

Ryan and Michelle Sommerfeld along with Ryan’s parents, Ray and Pauline, are long time Gelbvieh breeders. RPS Gelbvieh has a rich history of producing functional, real world cattle. Ryan and Michelle transitioned to the main yard at the farm this year and we’re very excited for what the future holds for them. In addition the the cattle, Ryan and Michelle continue to move forward with Aerow Manufacturing with an invention to lift and speed swath drying. You’ll be hard pressed to find kinder people than the Sommerfelds. RPS bulls are available from the farm gate annually at Medstead.

DIAMOND Z LIVESTOCK / Grant (306) 776-2425, Ryan (306) 536-6057

Diamond Z Livestock is new to Function and Finesse this year. We’re excited to have Grant & Jacquie along with Ryan & Kaci of Rouleau, Saskatchewan joining us. We’re impressed with the consistency they’ve created and their standards for udder and foot quality. The growth of the cowherd will be rapidly enhanced with the much anticipated arrival of many Natalie 22Z babies next spring! The family is busy off the farm as well. Grant with the provincial government, Jacquie with Canada Post and Ryan is a heavy duty mechanic. This dynamic crew has a huge amount to offer the breed! Keep an eye open for their bulls privately from the farm.

First it was Baha, then Natalie and now… Addison! It is becoming a Function 72 639 and Finesse tradition for lot 1 to be a true matriarch in the prime of her life and 3.0 will be no different. Opportunities to access the heart of a breeding TLR COCOA 35C program are rare. When that heart has an outstanding production history, RTC ATLAS 712G phenotype to burn, an outcross pedigree and a great look… that opportunity RTC 414D JGW 3R 712G ATLAS 381P becomes even more special. The nuts and bolts of Addison are simple. She SLC FREEDOM 178F ET JGW 3R BLK TIARRA 354J 360L has raised six progeny with a weaning ratio of 107, each of her five daughters JGW 3R BLK TIARRA 445D 354J are in production at Ledgerwood and her sixth is lot 2. Her only son was WVR WEAVER LESTER 27L one of the feature bulls and high seller in a past Ledgerwood bull sale and a JLSL BB’S LESTER WMW LECLAIR 115L grandson was a feature this past spring. Three maternal brothers to Addison JLSL YUKON MCFG 155R ET have sold from Ledgerwood and three sisters are in production there. Her JLSL UMATILLA mother has weaned eight calves with a weaning ratio of 101 and is still hard JLSL 6H at it in the hills of Washington earning Dam of Distinction Status. Addison is following suit earning Dam of Merit status in 2018, 2020 and 2021. Addison’s CE BW WW YW MK TM MCE sire was a son of the influential RTC Atlas and was purchased at the side of his dam. Ledgerwood collected 300 doses of semen on the bull and used each 11 -1.3 64 82 26 58 9 and every straw on heifers because of the impressive vigour and calving ease he provided. To make the opportunity even sweeter, Addison is safe to a new bull in the Ledgerwood battery named Easy Rider. Joe ranks him as one of the best Gelbvieh bulls of the year and if his percentage worked for our program he would be living at Parkbeg. Lot 1 at Function and Finesse is saved for the elite and Addison has earned the spot! Exposed April 20 - June 15 to JLSL Easy Rider 9160G. Preg tested 70 days on July 13. Due mid February.

As special as the stunning lot 1 mother cow is, her daughter might just run past her when it comes to the ‘jaw drop’ factor! JLSL Juno has all the makings of a great one and we just love the look she has about her. Juno is extremely sound in her skeletal make up and soft in her design with a moderate frame score. We appreciate her muscle pattern and have no doubt about the mother cow she’s soon to be. We fully anticipate she’ll pattern just the same as that beautiful mother cow. Her sire was selected for his proven and predictable pedigree and modern phenotype. Perhaps this is a great time to grab hold and create a breed leading cow family of your own!

The JSJ program has become synonymous with providing Function and Finesse with beautiful heifer calves and JSJ Josie fits that to the letter. Take a look at the pedigree and you’ll soon see why we think so highly of her. Her grandmothers are none other than breed greats Baha and Natalie. Her great granddam is the foundation 27U cow at JSJ. Josie’s sire, Gizmo, is the result of the Baha flush to Resilient. A maternal sister sold here a year ago to the McGrath family and Josie patterns much the same to that popular female. We say it time and time again but investing in proven and productive cow families is always a good investment and Josie is piled high with maternal capability!

EMMA 2J

If you were to compile a list of bulls who absolutely nailed it on a wide range of cows, The Boxer would have to be on that list. What the Last Mountain program has built around The Boxer is nothing short of impressive! LML Emma 2J is a very typical Boxer daughter with her added style and stretch. Her mother reigns from the Emma cow family built in the McCoy program and if you had us point out an ideal Gelbvieh female this summer, we would likely lead you to the Emma 24C cow. She’s simply beautiful! Foot and udder quality run deep throughout this pedigree and her dark red colour only add to Emma 2J’s value. One of our picks in last year’s sale was a closely related heifer calf and we love her more than ever as a bred!

LML Deanna 13J is a bold sprung, long bodied, high performing female with a balanced EPD profile. Last Mountain purchased her sire, Class Act, from us to use on daughters of The Boxer. He may well be one of the darkest hided red bulls to exist in the breed. Deanna’s mother is a larger framed female with great udder attachment and an ideal foot. Her first daughter has been retained in the Last Mountain program. When you admire this female, one of the first things you’re likely to notice is her spring of rib. She is huge in her barrel and has the early look of a productive mother cow.

ZAL Jewel 12J is the maiden voyage by the Zalinko family into selling registered females. We toured their progressive program this summer and were blown away! We absolutely loved this homo polled, homo black, Balancer female the moment we saw her nursing her gorgeous half blood mother. A unique birth mark adds to her intrigue but when you analyze her at a deeper level you’ll find an outcross pedigree and an impressive EPD profile. Jewel is sired by the Bonanza bull we invested in with Zalinkos from the Ledgerwood program and his first calf crop has exceeded all expectation. He is the real deal and we’re excited about where he could take both programs! Jewel will have many friends sale day for good reason. She’s awesome!

KCC Just A Pleasure is simply that! It is just a pleasure to admire long bodied, clean made, high performing and attractive females like her! She is sired by JNA The Heat is On who has done a great job for the Ness’. Pearson Farms offered choice on flush mates during the Wishlist and in talking with Joe and Brenda, we suggested they take a close look at the stout red calf. He was out of a female Ness’ raised and was breed champion in Legends of the Fall at Farmfair. Heat has worked great for them and we appreciate his volume and muscle mass. One of the greatest factors in determining success in a female is the cow family behind her and Just a Pleasure is the 7th generation in her cow family in the Ness program.

JOE 311J

January 9 2021

JOE So Classy stopped us in our tracks the moment we saw her and we knew we had to have her for Function and Finesse 3.0! We sweet talked Brenda and here she is! Joe and Brenda stepped up big time and bought her mother, Black Class, from Fir River through the 2015 PGA sale as the high selling female that day. She traced back to the great Gold Star 96E cow and had a unique upside to her pedigree. Joe and Brenda maybe had a crystal ball that night because about a year later, her maternal brother set the record for the highest selling Gelbvieh bull in Canada at $30,000. Dragon was his name and he created a whole lot of stir in our industry. So Classy is one of the heifer calves we keep coming back to in the group. She has an unbelievable hair coat, massive middle third, a beautiful front end and a personality that draws you in. Ness’ have retained a maternal sister and three maternal brothers have sold. Her sire, Decepticon, from the Jace program left an impressive group of daughters including one who now resides here at Twin View from the inaugural Function and Finesse. So Classy is just that! Here’s one to take a good hard look at and we know you’ll find huge value! She has all the capability in the world to be a next influential donor in our breed. Stay classy!

We are asked time and time again about our Drake daughters and we debated if we could offer one here. As it turns out, nearly every Drake calf born here this year was a heifer. They are ideal mother cows with moderate stature and perfect foot and udder quality. Twin View Uptown Girl 93J will be among your last opportunities to incorporate a direct Drake daughter into your program! The Uptown Girl cow family was instrumental in building the Maple Grove program. Her grandmother, 15Y, continues to be a great cow for us and when you add Boxer to the mix, you can imagine how much we love her two year old mother. JULIET

JLSL

JLSL Juliet is just about as sweet and complete as they come. Her outcross pedigree to Canadian cattle along with the fact that she’s extremely good makes her a true gem! Her grandmother was a Dam of Distinction as is her mother who now calls Twin View home. After some discussion with Samee we swung a deal for this special mother cow to live her final years with us. Three maternal brothers have sold through the Ledgerwood bull sale and a maternal sister is working there. Being out of two black parents, Juliet is dilutor free. Her sire offers a unique pedigree twist that has had little influence in Canada. This makes any Romeo a match for Juliet so your options are limitless on this gem!

Twin View Queen is aptly named and is one that needs to hit the show road! We seriously debated having her Agribition ready but we can’t take them all even though she really should be in the crowd come November! Queen is your first ever opportunity to acquire a daughter of the ORB World Champion, Grizzly Red! She’s blown up our radar this summer and we have huge appreciation for her overall substance, cowy look and structural integrity. This is one of our lesser known cow families but the Queen females are workhorses including her grandmother who was a Dam of Merit prior to her untimely loss. Queen’s two year old dam absolutely nailed it in her first attempt! This heifer calf started at just 77 pounds and then indexed 107 at weaning. Only the Queen shall wear the crown! Red

March 6 2018

We work hard each year to add a lot that demonstrates our willingness to ‘swing the gate’ on our program. This might be our ‘biggest swing’ yet! The Grizzly Red story began when we found ourselves tight on bull power late in the spring of 2019. We made a short list of sales left that spring including the prestigious Kicking Horse program in Montana. Samee was headed to the sale where she and John Carroll agreed this was the bull. We got him bought and had every intention of using him as a backup plan through breeding season. When he stepped off the trailer, we looked at each other and smiled. They were right…he was THE BULL! Fortunately (or unfortunately), we had exceptional conception on our AI that spring so we had very few progeny the first year. Each day however, we loved Grizzly more. He was everything we had been looking for. Outcross pedigree, moderate birth and calving ease combined with above average performance values along with all the bells and whistles we could ask for! He is homo polled, liver red, perfectly footed, big nutted, sound as a cat, has a great disposition and produces beyond himself. In 2020, we entered him in the ORB Champions of the World competition. We were thrilled when he was unanimously chosen as Champion of North America by judges from Uruguay, New Zealand, Ireland and Mexico. He was then put up against champions from other continents. There are no words to describe our emotions when he was again chose supreme and named Champion of the World!

Grizzly was responsible for our largest sire group in 2021 and will be again in 2022. He calves very well and sires exceptional vigour. His progeny were below average for birthweight and above average at weaning. The best part? His daughters! They are flat-out rockstars!! Grizzly Red is the real deal! We are selling interest in the bull that will allow the buyer the right to draw in herd semen. We guarantee 100 doses with no cap in a day collection. This will be the one and only time we offer semen on the bull! You can choose to keep this opportunity to yourself or you may split it with ONE partner. The semen can not be sold or used on females not owned by the purchaser. Canadian semen will be collected by Bow Valley Genetics and, for our American friends, at a mutually agreed upon location in Montana or North Dakota. We encourage other countries to visit with us about possibilities. All expenses associated with semen collection belong to the purchaser.

Our 2021 calving season was one for the record books as ET calves arrived heifer calf after heifer calf. That good fortune allows us to offer this special opportunity in lot 14 with your choice of Birch’s Natalie 22Z daughters! Natalie 22Z certainly needs no introduction to the breed. She will go down as one of the all time most influential contributors to our program with offspring playing key roles in our work. Natalie remains an intriguing beast, now residing at Diamond Z Livestock where she continues to go above and beyond while anchoring their ET program. Natalie has produced five Agribition division winners or reserves. Her most notable son, Mayweather, was Champion Bull in 2019. JSJ Livestock used a Natalie son named Big Time whose influence can be found lot 3 and 24 and another son sold to a reputable commercial producer. Cranview Gelbvieh, Goodview Gelbvieh and Towerview Ranch have all latched onto Natalie daughters and we currently have five in our inventory. This pair of homo polled and homo black beauties are extremely similar in their design. Natalie 23J is sired by the new up and comer, Bonanza, who has exceeded all our hopes. He is so impressive from every angle and we are very excited about sons and daughters alike. Natalie 25J is sired by Apollo whose semen was shared here last year commanding $100 a straw. One of the sisters will sell and the other will stay here at Twin View. If the new owner wishes, we would be happy to work with them to exhibit the chosen female at Agribition. The choice is yours but the guesswork has been eliminated so roll the dice, throw a dart or bet on black. The win is yours!

Twin View Natalie 61H has been a fan favourite around here for over a year now. She was shortlisted to sell last year as a heifer calf but we just couldn’t let her go. We halter broke her as a possibility for Agribition but decided to let her mature as a feature female in Function and Finesse 3.0! She is moderately constructed, strong topped, big middled and docile with a valuable EPD profile. We have successfully used her sire, Touchdown 166W, on heifers for a number of years. The udder quality on the top and bottom of this pedigree is the real deal. Natalie 61H was mothered by a flush mate to Mayweather who is doing an outstanding job at Ledgerwood Gelbvieh in Washington. Natalie 53F has another heifer calf at side this year sired by Bonanza that we are in love with making the decision to offer 61H an easier pill to swallow! She carries the service of our new herdsire from Golden Buckle Gelbvieh, High Calibre. This mating should really click and you’ll be in the money! Opportunities to own a female from the Natalie family from us will be very rare moving forward so take hold here and write your own version of the Natalie story!

Keeping with cow power and the merit of high quality cow families, the Goodview team has let us into the heart of their program. Cow families are paramount at Goodview and if you take the opportunity to tour you’ll see how emphasis on females pays off. The Maxine cow family is held in as high regard as any at Punnichy. Lots 16 and 17 were raised by a mother daughter duo and represent the next generation of the Maxine line. Trace their pedigrees back and you’ll find Goodview Maxine 10Z. Maxine 10Z is a no miss donor quality female who also happens to be the mother of our Drake bull we used so successfully here at Twin View. Lot 16, Goodview Maxine 6H, sired by the influential and sought after Exact Combination, is stylish, long bodied and sound. Her maternal brother is Goodview Pld Dan who works at Severtson Land & Cattle, two other maternal brothers sold to commercial programs and her maternal sister raised lot 17. AI bred April 6 to FLAD Fladeland Element 21E. Exposed April 20- June 1 to BLB Goodview Hitch 23H. Preg tested safe to AI breeding. Lot 17 is the ultra stout, super soggy Goodview Maxine 21H. She is sired by Goodview Pld Eaton and has a maternal brother this year who will be a feature next spring. Their early service to Fladeland Element 21E should really clip the coupon right out of the gate and give you even more opportunity to lay the groundwork for a rich tradition of Maxine greatness! Our breed is well known for its maternal prowess and cow families are what we hang our hat on each and every day. Perhaps one of the most recognizable cow families in our breed is the Gayle group. Gracie Gayle 74H or ‘GG’ is the next step in this influential cow family! She is elegant beyond measure, elite in her structural design, sound, perfect footed and good natured. We fully anticipate she will rival or surpass her elite mother on all fronts from the show ring to production! That’s a bold claim however we have no doubt GG is up to the challenge. GG ranks in the top 5% for weaning values and top 10% for yearling. No matter how you choose to analyze her, GG checks all the boxes! GG is the result of layering National Champions together. Her sire, mother, grandmother and grandsire have all won that title! The fertility and influence of her lineage is unrivalled with five donors in her immediate pedigree. GG’s maternal brother won the Canadian People’s Choice Bull Futurity last fall and we have three maternal sisters along with many paternal sisters here, each one set to make their own mark.

RPS Miss Flossy 50H is a well designed, attractive wedge shaped female. We really love the elevation up out of her shoulder and her structural integrity. Her sire, Ferdinand, from Goodview Gelbvieh produced what we felt was the strongest sire group at RPS last spring. Flossy is another cow family made notable by the McCoy program. Flossy 50H has maternal sisters working at JSJ Livestock, Last Mountain Livestock and RPS. Her sister, 18Y, at JSJ raised one of the feature heifer calves in the first Function and Finesse. We had every intention of using him quite heavily here until an injury meant his early demise. You can expect Lexxus 122H to be a no nonsense, nose to the grindstone type of cow that produces a huge ROI. Note her birthdate. She is the youngest bred heifer by a long shot and is due to calve at 22 months of age. We held back on breeding her because of her age and since we double our bulls up during the last cycle of breeding, we will cover the expense to sire verify the calf she’s carrying. HADLEY 39H

JSJ Hadley 39H is an attractive and feminine daughter of Elite who splits his time between JSJ and Fladeland Livestock. Elite progeny have been so well received from both programs and for good reason. We sure admired her dark red, soundly constructed mother when we toured this summer and fully anticipate Hadley following right in Mama’s footsteps. Hadley may be one that slips through the cracks on October 15 so be ready because she will do nothing but make you money for years to come. Her exciting mating to Dewalt only sweetens the deal and will quicken your return on investment. Exposed to LRSF Dewalt F148 April 20 - June 1. Preg tested 75 days on July 13. Due early-mid February. Twin View Wicked 36H is among the most attractive females in the offering. Quite simply, she’s beautiful and so much fun to sit back and admire. Her maternal sister sold in Function and Finesse 1.0 to MacDonell Farms. The heifer calf she had at side went on to win the Senior Calf Division at Agribition and now both those females are anchoring the growth of the MacDonell program. Talk about a cow family! We love our Mayweather progeny more and more by the day. He left us another stellar group of bull calves this year that will highlight our sale come March. Mayweather sires impressive muscle pattern and ideal dispositions in structurally sound packages. Wicked 36H’s early breeding to Grizzly Red makes a high end package even loftier! Twin View Grace 48H is a heartbreaker; The kind of girl you always assume is out of your reach! She’s so attractive and tidy in her makeup; A lady from tip to tail! She’s a larger framed heifer in a dark red package who will have a textbook udder for years to come. There simply isn’t enough room on the page to say all we could about The Boxer daughters. They are truly ideal in every way! Her mother has an awesome Mayweather bull calf this year and a maternal sister sold here a year ago to Diamond Acre Farms. Grace 48H will really click with her mating to Crosby. We’d cross our fingers for a heifer calf because that could be a game changer! AI bred April 12 to Fir River Crosby 806A. MAUREEN 35H

One of the most difficult traits to breed into cattle is length of body and you’ll be hard pressed to find one longer bodied than Goodview Maureen 35H. The Maureen family are prized possessions in the Goodview program. 35H’s mother is a direct ET daughter of the the matriarch herself, 107M. When you really break her pedigree apart, you’ll soon see that the guesswork has been eliminated with greats like Outback, Holman and Maureen. 35H is safe to Element who is also the sire of lot 28. LONA 10H

Goodview Lona 10H has big shoes to fill but she’s up to the challenge. Many will remember her maternal sister who was one of the most popular females in last year’s offering. We loved that heifer so much we went ahead and made sure she stayed here at Twin View. Lona 10H is extremely long bodied and big middled. She is sired by the Element bull whose sons were highlights in both the Goodview and Fladeland bull pens this spring. If you’re looking to increase frame score just a little without compromising attraction and femininity take a good hard look at Lona 10H! Her exciting mating to the new kid on the block at Goodview, Hitch, should prove to be an interesting match up. Exposed April 20 - June 1 to BLB Goodview Hitch 23H. MCCA GUNNER 947G

This is another extremely unique offering that only exists through Function and Finesse. We bought the Truffle 66C cow as the high seller through the Wishlist a few years ago. We knew we had to have her the moment we laid eyes on her and she’s not disappointed! She’s raised three sons to purebred programs including Crowfoot, who has been so influential here and at Twin Bridge Farms, Holyfield to Triple G Ranch at Dunmore and this spring Glen and Pam Krusky purchased Card Shark. The mating to MCCA Gunner should prove interesting. Aaron saw Gunner in Denver and really appreciated many pieces he offered. We’re very excited to get his first Canadian offspring in January including a couple from this mating. He is backed by a unique pedigree to Canadian Gelbvieh and has a big time EPD profile. Resulting progeny from this mating will be homo polled by parentage. Selling 3 IVF embryos eligible for Canada and the US and offering a 4th as your guarantee.
