Southern Burger Co. Christian Siler and the crew at Southern Burger Co. started off 2012 with a bang, opening a brand-new brick-and-mortar restaurant in the mercantile at Warehouse Row. Siler brought the food truck revolution to Chattanooga when he launched the first Southern Burger Co. truck, converted from an old Alabama fire department rescue vehicle.

With his new digs at Warehouse Row, Siler’s love of great burgers has come full circle. It should come as no surprise that he recommends a good old Southern Co. burger & fries combo this Valentine’s Day. Petunia’s Silver Jalapeño The barbecue sandwich at Petunia’s Silver Jalapeño in the mercantile at Warehouse Row has been called “the best pork butt sandwich in the South.” Juicy, sloppy, topped with hand-cut, homemade slaw on a yummy barbecue-sauce-soaking bun, the barbecue sandwich from Petunia’s gives you the perfect flirt-friendly line this Valentine’s Day. “You’ve got a little sauce there,” you might begin, reaching out to dab his (or her) cheek with a napkin.
