Arrow Park distinguishes itself as a unique wedding venue. As you enter the property and drive down our half-mile driveway lined with oak trees, you enter “a world away.” Picturesque. Beautiful. Calming. Relaxed. Most couples confess that they knew this was where they would have their wedding before they even reached the estate mansion – simply on their first impressions. We understand that. Our staff is dedicated to making your special day worry-free and memorable.

YOUR EXCLUSIVE WEDDING PACKAGE

Base Prices listed above vary depending on the day of the week and season you select and INCLUDE the following:

• EXCLUSIVE use of our grounds during your event & stay (1 event per day)

• 12:30pm access to 2 separate Bridal Suites prior to your ceremony

• Ceremony & Reception fee. Arrow Park weddings consist of: 1-hour ceremony, 1-hour cocktail hour & 4-hour reception (different space selections available for each event)

• Day of Coordinator & Event staff

• All basic furniture for event day: white lawn chairs for Ceremony, high-tops, cocktail tables, dining tables, gold chiavari chairs with cushions for Cocktail Hour & Reception

• All linens for event day

• 2-hour After Party with bonfire & cooler (up to 50 guests) to end the night following the reception

• Rental of 12 Onsite Bedrooms in the Mansion with an overnight House Attendant (wedding night ONLY -.sleeps up to 28 guests)

• 2 complimentary Golf Carts to help assist guests during your event

Required Guest Counts: A minimum guest count of 100 is required for any Saturday date. Any guest count 50 or BELOW is to be held Mon-Thurs ONLY or during an off-peak weekend. Our Mansion can hold up to 75 guests, our enclosed Pavilion can hold 200 guests, and our open-air Courtyard can hold up to 175 guests for a seated reception.

ARROW PARK IN-HOUSE CATERERS

Please contact all caterers directly for pricing, sample menus, or to set up a tasting. Any outside caterer used will incur a $1,500 fee and they must be able to bring all plates, cutlery, waitstaff for meals & provide proper insurance.

ARROW PARK LIQUOR PACKAGES

Our Standard Bar Service Includes: Bar Staff (1 bartender per 50 guests provided), Welcome Table of lemon infused water before the ceremony, 5-hour open bar service (1 hour cocktail hour & 4 hour reception), Champagne toast at dinner, Our house wine tier, Standard glassware for the event. Set Up & Clean Up.

1. Beer, Wine + 2 signature Drinks - $50 pp

3 beer selections, 3 house wine selections, spiked seltzers, 2 signature drinks from our menu and variety of soda and juices. $5 per person each additional hour.

2. Standard Open Bar - $60 pp

2 beer selections, 4 house wine selections, Spiked seltzers, Mid-shelf liquor, 2 signature drinks from our menu, fruit, & variety of soda, juices, mixers. $6 per person each additional hour.

3. Premium Open Bar - $70 pp

3 beer selections, 4 house wine selections, Spiked seltzers, Top-shelf liquor, 2 signature drinks from our menu, fruit, & variety of soda, juices, mixers. $7 per person each additional hour.

Any guest count 120 or higher an additional satellite bar is included during cocktail hour. Any guest count 150 or higher an additional satellite bar is included during the reception.

ADD-ONS & UPGRADES

Welcome Champagne - $300: includes a champagne station for guests to enjoy prior to the ceremony

Scotch Upgrade - $1,500: includes 4 bottles of an upgraded scotch selection

Silver Wine Upgrade - $10pp: examples - Decoy, Meiomi, Josh cellars, Coppola, Napa Cellars.

Gold Wine Upgrade - $18pp: examples - Simi, Silverado Vineyards, Mer Soleil, Matanzas Creek

Platinum Wine Upgrade - $25pp: examples - Westwood, The Calling, Hartford Court, Flowers

AFTER PARTY

Our 2-hour After Party Includes: 2-hour bonfire down at the beach, Personal attendant, and a cooler full of beers & spiked seltzers up to 50 guests. Weather backup guaranteed in the Mansion with a fireplace lit.

* After party already comes included in Your Exclusive Wedding Package, along with the rental of the 12 overnight rooms. You can only do an after party if you are sleeping onsite.

No outside alcohol is allowed on property.

Total Price for 100 ppl with bar staff = $8,968.75

*All bar packages have the following additional costs: 20% gratuity + 8.125% NY State sales tax.

CEREMONY & RECEPTION AREAS

“Having Options” is a mainstay for our bridal couples. Only an hour from Manhattan, our historic Estate and Mansion overlook a beautiful waterfall fed lake, dotted with islands and surrounds by Sterling Forrest. It has 12 onsite rooms that sleep up to 28 guests and has large common rooms with dramatic lake and forest views. The rustic and barn-like banquet hall with a large dance floor and stage can accommodate large events of up to 200 people. With indoor and outdoor venue options, accommodations for guests, convenient event planning and stunning views, Arrow Park is an idyllic setting for your dream wedding celebration.
