Cats vs Dogs Cats and dogs differ in many ways. To begin with, both cats and dogs have different life time.

For example, cats live between twelve and fourteen years, but some female cats can live two more years. In contrast, dogs have fewer time to live but it depends on the dogs breed. For instance, big breed dogs live around seven or eight years, but small races dogs live about four or five years. Secondly, another difference is in their way of living. Cats are independent enough, whereas dogs must need their owner to survive. To ilustrate, cats can hunt little animals when they are hungry and also they clean themselves, unlike dogs need people’s help for doing that. Finally, the two animals also differ in abilities. Cats can climb great heights, and also they have a good balance. Otherwise, dogs have to be trained for climbing, and also they don't have a good balance because of their weight.

Howard Phillips Lovecraft was born in August 20th, 1890 in Rhode Island. He was an American writer and author of horror and science fiction novels and stories. His family came from a distinguished bourgeois tradition. That is why he had an egotistical and elitist personality because he was racist person with people who met in the next years. However, in 1921 Lovecraft´s mother died and he was extremely affected and he decided to go to New York where he had a lot of problems for being an eccentric person. Then he met some authors like Robert E. Howard and Robert Bloch who inspired him to write. In 1926 he wrote The Call of Cthulhu which is his most famous book and make himself a passionate person. In 1931 he started to write his next books but he was hard to please and he wanted to perfection his books. That´s the reason his books were published in 1941. Despite he was a gifted author none of his books gave him money. In 1937 he died with cancer. His books just started to be known in 1990.

7. Reflexiรณn In this semester I was able to improve my ability to speak and pronounce words better, knowing the structure of these, and the correct way to form sentences with linking words like: therefore, first, moreover, additionally, etc. In order to perform the correct writing, I have learnt how to write contrast paragraphs with some useful topics of real situations like ways of spending money or shopping problems. Through roll plays I could develop my fluency and self-confidence.

I think that, like other subjects, it is related to our internship, but especially English IV is a subject that contributes a lot to our future work as teachers since we have to know the language to teach other people, we had to speak the language well and pronounce the words well to avoid that students got confused or learnt to pronounce certain words wrong. The syllabus of English IV focuses on developing ourselves as teachers with the activities that we have done during the semester, some of which helped us to know how to teach a class with the correct meaning of the words, and also the pronunciation.

Furthermore, English IV has helped me to know a lot of people that speak in English too and that is really important because in a future we have to travel to another countries and we have to know what to do or not or maybe what to say or not.
