R&D and Quality
At JAL, we believe that quality is of utmost importance. Right from designing of the products to process of Castings, Machining, Electroplating and Assembling, all our products are manufactured on state-of-the-art machinery Products are designed and developed by using high-end softwares and latest 3D printers
Best quality raw materials are used to give products a long life and trouble-free working. During the manufacturing process, all faucets are tested on 16 bar water pressure. These faucets are also subject to a flow test at 3 bar working pressure during final inspection Surface coating of nickel and chrome plated products is checked regularly on a highly advanced X-ray machine Products also undergo salt spray test to ensure life long performance in the markets which have high salt contents in the water Packing material is checked on a Digital BF testing machine so that the products are delivered safely to the valued customers.
