I find architecture to be truly enticing and designing helps me keep in sync with the urge to do something different. Architecture designs is a conscious effort to do something new and better every step of the way. Through the four years of architecture school, I have developed an eye for detail oriented, sensible and user satisfying design solutions.

Basement 1 (B1) and Basement 2 (B2) levels aim to accommodate as many vehicles as possible while optimizing the use of space. They often feature well-lit areas, security measures such as surveillance cameras, and signage to help drivers navigate through the parking structure efficiently.

2. RESORT

A resort is a commercial establishment that offers a variety of amenities, facilities, and recreational activities to guests for their relaxation, enjoyment, and entertainment. Resorts are typically located in scenic or desirable locations such as beachfronts, mountains, or natural landscapes. They are designed to provide a comprehensive vacation experience, often combining accommodation, dining, entertainment, and recreational activities in one place.

SITE

Resorts often provide indoor game facilities to entertain and engage guests, especially during inclement weather or when they prefer indoor activities. These game areas are designed to provide a variety of recreational options for individuals, families, or groups. Here are some examples of indoor games commonly found in resorts. And having a pharmacy on-site ensures that guests have convenient access to basic medical supplies and services, providing peace of mind and assistance in case of minor health concerns or emergencies during their stay at the resort.

These amenities are often considered essential components of a resort, as they contribute to the overall ambiance and help create a memorable and enjoyable experience for guests.

RESTAURANT & BAR

Both the resort restaurant and bar are designed to enhance the overall guest experience by providing convenient dining options, opportunities for socialization, and the chance to sample local or international cuisine and beverages. They contribute to the resort's atmosphere and offer guests the convenience of on-site dining and entertainment.

SITE

EWS refers to the category of people with the lowest income levels, often considered economically disadvantaged. Housing options for EWS individuals or families are typically designed to provide affordable and basic accommodation. These units are usually small in size and may have minimal amenities. Government or social housing programs often prioritize EWS households for assistance and subsidy.

EWS (Economically Weaker Section)

LIG (Low-Income Group)

LIG represents individuals or families with relatively higher income levels compared to EWS but still within the lowincome bracket. LIG housing options aim to provide affordable yet slightly more spacious and comfortable accommodations compared to EWS units. These units may have better amenities and may be located in areas with improved infrastructure and access to basic services.

MIG (Middle-Income Group)

MIG refers to individuals or families with middle-level income. Housing options for the MIG category typically provide relatively larger living spaces, better amenities, and a higher standard of construction. HIG (High-Income Group)
